Very strange decision, it is not clear why they do it, I think it's all for profit or rather to say from the huge profit that they could not get by issuing such cards, today all such solutions or just cryptocurrency payments are extremely unprofitable, it is much more profitable to use p2p exchange.

What are people using for every day payments then if reports are showing decline in debit cards?
I dont think that everyone switched to cash or cryptocurrency payments all of the sudden 
Binance card was removed because of regulation issues.

Perhaps the moment with regulation and not a big profit was decisive in the decision to suspend the issuance of cards and most likely their support, Binance is the largest stock exchange it is not interested in such a PR as the issuance of their cards, probably because of this they were previously issued.
