NEM (XEM) is a Peer-to-Peer cryptographic platform with the Blockchain technology platform launched on March 31, 2015. Uniquely, NEM is published in the Java programming language and C ++.
NEM has the objectives stated in the distributed model, and has introduced new features for blockchain technology, namely the Important Evidence algorithm technology (POI), multi signature accounts, encrypted messages, and the Eigentrust ++ trading system.
NEM Software (NEM software) is used in the Commercial Blockchain called Mijin, which is currently being sponsored by financial institutions and private companies in Japan and International.
The NEM design architecture consists of two main components, namely Node or NEM Infrastructure Server (NIS), and clients involved with the Node. For Wallets currently available only based on NanoWallet, namely Crypto Wallet based on HTML and Javascript, so that it can run any platform with any browser.
The NEM modular architecture allows wallet software to be protected from external attacks. Hacking is almost done, because NIS only represents circles on the NEM network and there is no direct path to the NIS Wallet NES device.
The NEM Blockchain platform was designed and coded successfully to overcome all scaling and speed problems. So, the transaction costs that arise, as well as the speed of transactions given are definitely guaranteed. Revolutionary consensus relationships were applied to this platform, so that open blocks could grow without throughput difficulties or difficulties.
NEM also has a Smart Asset System that allows users to truly adjust using the NEM blockchain. There are two things that can be customized on the NEM Blockchain, namely namespaces (the central blockchain client resolution) and Mosaic (the name of a node that can consist of signatures, status updates etc.).
So in addition to providing overall blockchain facilities that provide cheap transaction costs with super-fast transaction processing speed, NEM also provides access to special customizations for the Blockchain and Wallet networks used, so that the dual security system will be realized.
