Вначале отрицают, не замечают, потом когда понимают что через эту тему проходит ипическое количество бабла - начинают "регулировать" и "узаконивать", так чтобы "лишние деньги" не валялись у "людишек", а шли тем кто "понимает в них толк" Это касается всего что приносит деньги ! Тем более такие рынки как крипта. Если взять любую рыночную область, которая приносит доход - все "зарегулировано" - или налоги, или "низзя, но можно но только через вот этих правильных людей и структуры". А тем более в области которая может пошатнуть давно устоявшуюся, привычную, и приносящую мега-доходы - банковскую структуру. В последнем случае работает правило  "не можешь победить - возглавь !"

If you look well government is fighting seriously to remove privacy from cryptocurrency and that is why they are fighting to ban all the mixers and also fighting to control Centralized Exchanges.
