What the job involves

    Write new and maintain existing OpenAPI specs for all API references
    QA test all components of docs to ensure they are user-friendly
    Work with engineering, product, and customer success teams to document new features, products, and APIs in real-time
    Collect user feedback on documentation and implement changes accordingly
    Suggest high level changes in navigation, structure, and design
    Analyze quantitative success metrics by looking at SEO, google analytics, and other platforms
    Implement systems and build tools that make it easy to publish and update existing documentation
    Build new features within docs to enhance external user experience
    Represent a developer's perspective internally to ensure Alchemy’s documentation, APIs, SDKs, tutorials and other resources meet developer needs
