Congratulations to the many people who claimed Notcoin! Most of them were newbies to the crypto space, and that was a huge win. It really onboarded a lot of people to the crypto space, and I'm not surprised the project was a success. This got me thinking - these newbies who just got onboarded will need ways to get enlightened and learn more about the ecosystem. That's why I recommend a referral program. I just found out about it and suggested it to my junior brother, who just got onboarded. Since the referral entails joining a community, I feel like the program will help him gain more insight into web3 while inviting his friends to join in too. What do you think, guys? Do you have a better suggestion? Please mention it in the comments section below!
Speaking about referal reminds of the ongoing referral campaign on Bitget and yes, referral is a good start in this space earn some passive income but he has to be very careful about the site he shares to his friends cos one wrong move could tarnish his reputation and put his friends at risk of losing their money.

You're right. He needs to vet the information before wishing it out imo. Ermm, almost all the exchange has ongoing referrals programmes, why did you choose a specific one to be reminded about? Or probably talk more about it..

It is incredible how Juve ended up in such a dangerous position, I don't know if Allegri thought about that possibility so that they could be in that state, what I am seeing is that the possible failures of the other teams are causing them to be relegated to the 2nd division For me, one of the teams that should always be in the first places is Juve, just because of history it should be valued, now we see that the team that is undoubtedly doing everything wonderfully is Inter, good for them, this of the teams that are declining is sad.

they risked a lot, luckily for them, Roma didn't seriously do otherwise, they could have left the Champions League zone
think how many laughs the antagonists would have had and how angry the fans would have been
I laugh just thinking about it

ahaha

Real Madrid has regained dominance this year
- Champions League final
- first by many points behind Barcelona, so they definitely win La Liga

well done, this team never disappoints from this point of view, solid and rocky

his coach is really good, a real strategist

Bitcoin Mining / BTC mining is good for society & environment
« Last post by Peter90 on Today at 10:28:44 AM »
We all know the case against BTC mining: BTC mining consumes electricity, which leads to...

- Electricity gets taken away from economy and people ---> higher electricity costs
- Outages
- Production of electricity damages the environment.

What arguments can the crypto community offer in order to counter that assumption?

For example,
BTC mining turning into a store of electricity;
BTC mining becomes a source of revenue for power providers when electricity demand is low,
so that power providers can lower their prices

Hey OP!

What are you thinking at this moment? A lot of us fear about the bear market. At some point, I was feeling like we may turn into a bear run without even entering the pace bull market. That is because I relied too much on analysts and sources. I am not an expert, and I don't understand the chart well. But there are some influencers who have been saying that if BTC crosses the 59K range, we may enter into the bear market. But as you can see, Bitcoin proved them wrong again. It's happening again. We are going high for the last couple of hours and now trading over 70K.

$100K is coming  8) 8)
I love that you're not allowing other people's words influence you. I am slightly educated about how to analyze the market, but I never rely on the opinions of others, even those who are great at predicting, since I feel that no one can predict the market, and I am confident in my analysis. When I study Bitcoin, I take into consideration a variety of factors, including the possibility of the trend continuing or reversing. It is still possible to reach $100,000, but it has to surpass the prior ATH or the price will retrace further.

Many people are really looking for Bitcoin to one day be at the $100K zone and some are even predicting that it can reached max of $150K as the direct result of the recent halving. Well, as we know, nobody can be sure of where Bitcoin will be and when things can happen but for sure as time goes by its price will keep on accelerating though the road to that goal will be like a roller-coaster, for sure. Therefore if one is not trading, the best thing to do is to get as many BTC as possible by means of DCA and then just hold. Of course, it would be exciting for traders like you and I am happy to see that you established your ow strategy and not influenced by other people even if they can be claiming to be experts.

If Biden says he'll veto the bill, he'll probably keep his word. I don't understand the Congress' resistance of the SAB 121 because they've been pushing laws that furthers financial transparency. It seems the stifling innovation is not the main reason why they don't like it. I am guessing they are afraid that their personal involvement with crypto will be revealed.

General Discussion / Re: What do you think of Elon Musk?
« Last post by paid2 on Today at 10:26:37 AM »
Speaking of Musk though, guy has done some good for the world although most would view him as an egotistical prick. If you had his money, would you be any better?

100% agree with what said dkbit98 at the beginning of this thread. The only good thing I can see could be Starlink, but it does not erase the tons of shit he did aside. I don't see what good Musk did to earth to be honest. I am happy to not be one of his employee, and most of his decisions looks not wise imo.

Crypto currency Mining / Re: Will gpu mining get good this year?
« Last post by ABCbits on Today at 10:20:21 AM »
CMIIW, but doesn't AI trend only use enterprise GPU? That means miner could go after non-enterprise GPU.
Large AI companies' data centers use Nvidia enterprise GPUs that cost tens of thousands of $, such as the H100 Tensor Core which costs $40K. Of course, these GPUs are not in the sights of crypto miners, or at least I have never known anyone to use enterprise GPUs for their mining farms.

However, the demand for AI comes not only from large companies, but also from ordinary users. For example, the Nvidia GeForce RTX is popular for computers focused on AI features for users, which can deplete the supply of GPUs on the market and drive up GPU prices and increase miners costs.

That's good to know, although i wonder how many regular people buy customer GPU just to use AI feature. I recall news which state new Intel CPU optimized for AI task, which means those people doesn't need to buy dedicated GPU.
