Personally: Seeing real adoption. I don't care if its Bitcoin, Ethereum...even Ripple (preferably not Ripple, the game we are in is "supposed" to be decentralised)...but yes, adoption with real use, especially in struggling parts of the world. It would make me personally happy seeing a bit more economic freedom in the world, without 3rd party / counterparty risk, frozen accounts, begging entities to give you your money. Communicating with people even on this forum is motivating, chatting with some likeminded people, its lovely

My motivation is education and income, this forum is for education with hope some day I get dollar. This forum have many interesting things and I need to learn about how to get higher rank without break any rules, patient and careful is the answer. Let's hope the forum will grow up fast so people like me can stand in crypto market with income.

My motivation is knowing how to Trade, also to know when the prices of coin will dump and when it will pumps.

When we speak about motivation, there are a lot of things that motivates someone, but when it comes to crypto currencies, investment and trading, the fact remains that I can get to work at anytime of the day and at anywhere in time. Crypto currency trading or any form of participation that pays is motivating to me. I don't need to keep to time as per when to sleep and when to wake up to hurry for work, or to pay obeisances to a boss. The motivation I get from crypto currency is the decentralized nature of the system, and that makes it fun.

If everyone tries to explain some or the other information to everyone then of course good knowledge about cryptocurrency will be gained.  Because I don't know a thing, of course I will get motivation from other people about that thing.  Which is why motivation is definitely needed.

My sole motivation when I trade crypto is always the same - to profit. Also I certainly enjoy the actual activity, but profit is the main motivation.

Another goal, I want to have more friends and knowledge related to crypto. In crypto forums, we can see many sources of these. My motivation is quite trivial. I am new to cryptocurrency and haven't bought anything yet. On July 29, I entered the field of investing for the first time by buying shares in the stock market (Robinhood IPO). So my main goal is to figure it all out so I can start building up capital sooner.

I think that every one that is here has the same motivation at the base: create a source of income. After that, the curiosity and love for crypto are starting to grow, and the motivation transforms in:

-how do we know when to buy/sell
-how to trade better
-how to find more crypto that suits me the best and so on.

And with motivation, everyone can enter this new world, learn and enjoy all the processes.
