First of all, I'd like to thank The Hunter (the plaintiff) for his efforts in helping the forum in fighting cheating in campaigns and multi-accounts. I need to emphasize that we as judges always use facts and legal rules in making decisions. We are of course always on the neutral side in deciding every case.
Based on what the plaintiff conveyed, we have carried out further investigation and analysis regarding this case.
With the facts provided, we can take several important points and steps as follows:
Case 1
1. The evidence provided is direct evidence or key evidence, namely POA. It is admissible evidence.
2. The evidence "POA" is admissible and strong evidence to prove that two accounts are owned by one person.
The conclusion of this case is that Rifan Khan is proven guilty.
Cases 2 - 5
I handed over cases 2 - 5 to @Hair, who used to be the judge who handled them because they were still connected to the case submitted by Abang Jago.
Thank You
