How can I convert all these different coins to BTC?
You can set your payout addresses to go directly to an exchange. A common option is Poloniex.com since they (optionally) support automatically selling your coins when you deposit them, lessening your risks of exchange rate fluctuation.

How long will transactions remain in my account?
Transactions that are Cancelled/Timed Out will remain a minimum of 30 days. Other transactions will remain for a minimum of 3 years.

Where do I enable coins on the website?
When you are logged in to your account, go to the My Account, What Coins To Accept menu item. From there you can put in your wallet payment addresses and click the Enabled checkbox next to coins you want to accept. Wallet addresses can be from standalone software or from exchanges such as Poloniex, BTC-e, or others.

PayPal Passthru Service - BitCoin Point of Sale & Tools
PayPal Passthru is an additional service giving your buyers the option of paying for their order with PayPal or altcoins. With PayPal Passthru the funds go directly to your account, they do not go through our account at all and we don't collect any fees for this service. PayPal IPNs are sent to our server and we translate them to our system so you only have to implement one IPN handler on your website (or install one of our shopping cart plugins).
To enable PayPal Passthru, simply go to the "What Coins To Accept" page and enter your PayPal email address in the PayPal Passthru line and check the "Enabled" box.

Vote Rules & Procedures
Each vote will require a donation of 0.001 BTC (or selected altcoin equivalent) and once a coin reaches 1,000 votes it will be added to CoinPayments.
We will not collect any fees on the donations, after each winning coin is listed we will follow the procedure below so anyone can verify we made the donation.
Donation Prodedure:
Any altcoins collected will be converted to BTC at the then-current exchange rate and added to the BTC collected.
We will send the combined BTC to the charities listed above and post the transaction IDs on this page.
We will ask the charities to tweet or provide other verification of the donation.
To be eligible a coin must (1) be based on and/or provide a compatible interface to one of our existing coin types (ie. forks of Bitcoin, Ether, etc.) and (2) be in the top 200 of CoinMarketCap.com. It is up to the person who requests the coin to make sure it meets these requirements, if a coin is found not to meet them no refunds of any vote(s) will be given and the funds will be donated to charity as with eligible votes.
We reserve the right to change the charities at any time with the restriction that they will only be reputable charities formed as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or equivalent.

How do I pick what coins to accept?
The best coins are usually the ones with fairly stable exchange rates. Bitcoin and Litecoin are the largest and most stable so we recommend you accept both of them at a minimum. Peercoin is the 3rd largest and is highly recommended as well.
