Is there a way for altcoin listings on exchangers for free without vote?

I am sure, there must be a way for exchanger to provide opportunities for free on the exchanger listing.
but altcoin still has to go through a number of ways, such as the vote, so projects that are listing for free must win the vote first in order to be able to register for free.
but the question is, is there really no exchanger that allows free listing projects without vote?

Forkdelta and etherdelta are decentralized exchanges, you can register the tokens that you have there, if you want the token registered on the exchange centralized without voting, usually the developers will register their tokens by paying using Bitcoin / ethereum. Like in ecex exchange.

I doubt the possibility of listing any altcoins without voting, but i think that most new start up exchange firm may list some of these notable altcoins on their newly lunched exchanges without voting. Coins like Bitcoincash, Litecoin, Etheruem, Ripple, Dash, may be listed on some these exchange site (new exchanges) without voting.

yes of course but its the exchanger decision to listed them or their coin is already a favourite coin. Example you can see the BTC, ETH, doge pair in a lot of exchanger. Cause they are so famous in the cryptocurrency and some of them got listed maybe they make a cooperation with the exchanger with some terms maybe.

it is impossible to register coins without vote on centralised exchanges there is two way to register one is vote system and other is pay fee but in decentralized exchange you can register your tokens or coins without vote

I think no other way of free listing without voting, 2 ways to get listed on exchange is to pay for the exchange and for voting to get listed if there's no voting policy and paying for exchange maybe all the token are listed in any exchanger.

I think you can use totally dex exchanges like etherdelta and forkdelta to list your token with registration but if you want to be listed on a centralized exchange you have to pass voting or pay

New exchanges tend to list tokens for free and some do it without even conducting a vote but they tend to choose high quality projects with a lot of investors willing to acquire their tokens, I have seen it happen severally.
