The current rise of the ethereum has led to series of transactions being carried on each second. Everyone wants to trade his ethereum.

There were so many Excuses in Ethereum market. One will be the Slow transaction processing and network log. And there were incidents also that token transfer and registration hanged up! Why?

That's because there is so much traffic and the fluctuation of trading is high.

Is there any timeline whilst the difficulty might be constant? Or whilst they could afford more transaction concurrently?

maybe that happens because of the repair and development of ethereum tissue
