Phase zero of Ethereum 2.0, which includes the Proof of Stake (PoS), should begin on January 3, 2020.

I don't really understand how the Proof of Stake and Proof of Work work, there are those who say that Proof of Work is very difficult to do and it's better to use the Proof of Stake method.
If Ethereum 2.0 moves to Proof of Stake then this is the best choice for those (who understand how) it works and surely this is also part of the Ethereum system improvement.

There were so many debates about whether ETH goes for PoS in the past. It's great to hear that an agreement has been made. PoS has some clear advantages over PoW and more importantly, PoS help remove the existence of miners. ETH's price will not be manipulated anymore by then.

I am not very familiar with how POS and POW work because the level of complexity according to myself is difficult to understand.

I think that the strategy to improve on the ethereum network, (that is the 2.0) is a welcomed development. I just hope that POS will bring in price stability.

I don't really know what is the benefits of creating Ethereum 2.0. In my understanding, it is still no need in the near future. However, maybe it is to have a change in Ethereum. But it is still interesting to see the influence of Ethereum 2.0 to crypto space.

Changes that have been developed more than 1.0 are perfect values for Ethereum.
then the version was changed to 2.0 for even better and more efficient changes, I think this is the hallmark of Ethereum to raise the version and Technical development Ethereum.

I think this will drive the price of ethereum. Considering that staking will require a minimum holdings of ethereum if I am not wrong, Whales will accumulate mo in order to stake in ethereum 2.0. Im pretty excited to watch how this coin grow from this price.

Yes ethereum 2.0 is new innovations in ethereum blockchain technology because as we know that ethereum 1.0 now still there is problem it is scaling problem on ethereum blockchain, when many people who use ethereum the network is slow down that's why the developer of ethereum must be updated on ethereum 2.0 so many people in the future will use ethereum without any problem on ethereum blockchain, it is not just about the investors of ethereum or trader more than it, the projects which be built on ethereum blockchain are like smart contract and decentralize application dapps on ethereum blockchain.
