what I am concern of is when bitcoin rise 10% ETH follow with a rise of 20%, , today at the moment i can see eth price change +3.3% while btc is +0.4 i hope that we will keep the case.

Eth has its own time. Right now, it is being carried up by bitcoin's growth just like most altcoins. It should be able to make its own move if they successfully launch ethereum 2.0

Ether booms the last generally, I mean ether pumped last in the past bullrun. When ICOs are back, ether will be the king again -if not any other coin takes its place-. We will see. I trust Wanchain as well, which was build on ether in the first place.

Of course yes ethereum price will follow the price of bitcoin, i mean the trend of price ethereum will goes up like the price of bitcoin because the numbers of capitalization marketcap of ethereum is still number two after bitcoin and ethereum has many benefits be compared with bitcoin, ethereum can be used as decentralize application dapps platform, smart contract of ICOs projects and ethereum can be used for investment in the ICOs projects directly from the wallet of ethereum. So the price of ethereum will goes up for long term investment, it is just about the time until happening and today is good time to make investment in the ethereum before the price of ethereum to the moon.

Yes I see.  It is the time dor ethereum to move up now. 
Bitcoin reach at 11K Usd and ethereum at 312 usd.
By seeing the market condition now,  I predict the market prices will go up again in this year.
Maybe bitcoin will reach at 20k usd and ethereum at 1k usd.
Let see the bull market  will happen at the end of this year.

We have waited too long for the Ethereum price to go up, and this is the time that might make the price of Ethereum rise high.  When there is an increase in the price of Bitcoin, then this must be followed by Ethereum to also experience price increases.  And now I see the price of Ethereum has reached $ 317, Hopefully this is a good start and ETH prices continue to rise.
