Who is Ethereum's biggest competitor?

It is impossible to know for sure who is a competitor to Ethereum, one can only guess and one can guess by simply looking at the chart on coinmarketcap for the top 10 coins and everyone who is there, not counting Stable Coins , can be direct competitors to Ethereum.

To determine who are Ethereum's competitors, I think you can look at the projects owned by Ethereum and look at several projects from Binance Smart Chain and the Solana Project which seem almost the same but have very different levels of fees and transaction speeds.

Actually, we don't need to stress in the crypto world, just enjoy it. because crypto will always provide new things in our lives called experiences. Ethereum and binance are popular coins, whoever holds these coins in large amounts, for small investors like me it doesn't matter. I'm just looking for profit from my investment.

I will reconsider Solana as the best after Ethereum when it does a year without going offline for a minute.

I just think that even with the hype surrounding Solana, if it manage to become the next big thing with scalability, it can't reach Ethereum just the same way Ethereum can't reach Bitcoin. These projects are all unique in their way and can't be compare to one another.

SOLANA is a good competitor compared to Eth. Down the road it will gain as Eth simple goes sideways.

Though we may not have to doubt about this fact been that Ethereum is the king of altcoins, but however, we also have to consider some of its competitors and they can be the most closet coins near the stand of where Ethereum is, all we could look into is the market capitalization of the coin next to it, such could be termed as its competitor and we have as many as possible coins available in this regard to compete base on the coinmarketcap ranking.

I agree with you and I will not argue on this topic as I also think so, just there was a conversation about comparison and I also joined this conversation and compared Ethereum and Binance, I do not think that Binance will manipulate their coins as their reputation is in the first place.

BNB has not completely beaten Ethereum in circulation; a new platform has arrived that is trying to beat Ethereum and BNB. Solana is a project that has just been developed and has just been created but has the potential to beat these two big platforms. As long as Solana can still develop and can be a solution to several problems that arise on Ethereum and BNB, the use of Solana will automatically increase because demand will be higher.

I agree with you, Ethereum's biggest threat is not BSC but Solana.  Solana has shown good improvement and is more popular now.  Nice to see competition in the top 5 Between platforms.  Ethereum is the biggest, but still has old problems, high gas fees.  BNB and SOL aren't as popular as Ethereum, but time will tell.  Who's the best platform at the coming future?

So far, when you look at Ethereum position which is at the top of all altcoins, the trading volume that Ethereum has is very large. Ethereum presence was earlier than Solana's, but development on Ethereum has stopped with many problems that it has experienced and until now there are no There are efforts from Vitalik Buterin to overcome this problem. As long as Solana is still developing and consistent in always providing the best for its supporters then it is definitely only a matter of time, Ethereum will be defeated by Solana.
