Eth to 5k or Btc to 70k ?

I am picking btc to get past 70k earlier than eth gets to 5k.

Yeah, bitcoin still has the highest dominance in the entire crypto currency market, and as such, it still has a major control on the performance of altcoins, and remember that eth is still an altcoin and under bitcoin as long as bitcoin continues to lead the crypto market.

So, personally, I also believe that bitcoin will reach $70k first before ethereum reaches $5k, this prices are very realistic for both coins, and should be a matter of when, and not if.
And speaking of when, I think if the momentum continues as it currently is, we may likely see bitcoin at $70k before the half of this year, that is, after the halving.

It seems you are right that currently bitcoin is about to reach $64K and ethereum has also reached $3,480. Of course, it will continue to move together to continue to increase, even though currently bitcoin is down at $61K and ethereum is also down at $3,268.

I think we should be aware of the situation and just ignore which one will be at their goal first, and just focus on investing into both. It wouldn't hurt you to go %50-50 on each ,but you could do it anyway you please, it should be very well made and not really hurt it at all. I understand why that may sound like a trouble to some people, but I do believe that we are going to see it get a lot better. I must say that Bitcoin has really surprised me between yesterday and today. I can remember that my last price prediction was that the Bitcoin price would be in the range of $55k–$60k before the halving took place, but from the look of things right now, it seems like Bitcoin will reach an all-time high price even before the halving takes place. I am optimistic that Bitcoin will definitely get to $70k before Ethereum gets to $5k because Bitcoin always seems to have more volatile pressure than Ethereum. While Bitcoin leads, Ethereum follows.

Frankly I do not like eth my holdings are zero. Well Technically I hold 2 lost coins that I can't access due to Eth redoing their blockchain back in 2016.

Since eth can redo the chain when they want and they did. Causing more than 1 person get stuck coins I would never hold Eth unless mr V decides to refund my frozen coins.

I just started crypto in 2016 and have never experienced it.
But it should technically be possible.

Lots of people expect BTC profits to cycle into Alt, but this is Bitcoin time.
Many are using Bitcoin as a saving/investment, not payment...
Or some speculation going on, and it will be more so in the coming months.
So Bitcoin will hit $70k first, and Ethereum will follow to $5k.
And the rest will pump when the speculation for BTC dampens.

it had to do with poorly done software wallet on macs back in 2016.

This may be the reason why you don't get your ETH back.
What wallet were you using on your Mac for the Ethereum Network back then?
It is quite unfortunate when valuable assets cannot be recovered due to network problems and also caused by bad wallets.

People who tried to return the ETH must have given up because there was no way to save the ETH.
Like my precious token in the past with a value of around $10k which finally couldn't be opened because I forgot to back up the Qt Wallet that I installed.

I remember when bitcoin reached almost $70k that ETH was in that order, in 2021 many good things happened, in fact it was an explosive year even for NFTs Where many scam projects came out where the only one that survived for me is Axie, etonces Given this, we also saw the congestion of the BNB network, something that seemed extreme to me because we all know that the ETH network is expensive, and that they have not yet been able to improve that, for me the best network is the ERC-20 but as I said before, there are still many things to improve for them to come back and lower the fees to what they were before.

If bitcoin goes up to more or less than $250k (a supcoin) then could ETH be around $20k-$30k? I don't know, but it would be crazy, I imagine the number of new millionaires, but basically I believe that bitcoin can reach that price, in this case we can always say that everything is possible in crypto, and for now the assumptions that are For me they are not bad.

I also voted BTC to be $70k first before we see ETH hits $5k.
Before the halving happens, the focus should be in Bitcoin. It makes the demand of BTC will be higher than altcoins. ETH always follows the price increase if BTC. IF BTC increases, then ETH also follows it. So, ideally BTC should go to $70k first before ETH really can hit a new record of $5k.

It is quite unfortunate when valuable assets cannot be recovered due to network problems and also caused by bad wallets.

it was their stock qt wallet for mac.

everytime I tried to recvoer it would shift to the etc fork not the eth fork.

spent a lot of time working at it. gave up 🆙 fuck them

If the price of Bitcoin takes the position of 70k before the halving, then surely the Ethereum coin 5k dollar is confirmed. Because every platform will want to set new records, Bitcoin price is very likely to hit an all-time high in 2024.
