It is obvious that the government no longer have the trust of their citizens as a result of their insincerity. I have never seen any where were a citizen speaks something positive of their government. It is always negative So I would not be surprised if the case here is still against the government. The rate at which corrupt practices are being abetted by government officials,  is not encouraging. Little wonder citizens no longer trust or depend on the government because of what they do.

I agree with you that the lottery managed by the government can be easily manipulated and controlled by the government officials but when it comes to who to put in to win the lottery would not be anything close to them. It can never be their accomplice,it also can never be their relatives because doing such would create room for doubt and questioning which we all know that it would result to issues with issuing of the price to the winner.

So therefore, I think they would never want to make such a mistake of endangering themselves and reputation instead they would opt for a neutral body who is just a novice and is willing to do their biding and go away with the peanut offered them.

He should be super rich by now, however, number doesn't lie, what are the odds here? it's astronomical that anyone will see that something is not right here and most likely those officials of the lottery could have been involved by rigging the results as this one person keeps winning.

Anything that has to do with the government, I totally don't like getting involved in it, especially when it comes to gambling. Like, who will you report their scam activity to, and who will come fight and defend you if you are right? When they are also the same people carrying out the activity.

This may be hard to accept but I watched a great video explaining how government Lotteries are literally a SCAM and I fully agree with that.

It was not enough for them to extort all the taxes from people so they created this scheme of milking more money from poor people.

Because of the millions of combinations available in lotteries, the chance to win is really so slim and it is intended that way so that the money pot can grow so large which in turn will be attracting more bettors to be a participant with the scheme. But I think the scam can happen if there will be a manipulation as to who can win the jackpot. In my estimate, there is no government-approved and regulated lottery that can be free of manipulation accusations. Sadly, this accusation of manipulation is happening in my country right now which may have impact on bettors' trust on the system. I seldom join any lottery and it is because am so sure of the so slim opportunity to win...sometimes am just doing it out of fun if there is some spare money and with the thinking that am doing something for the charity.

Here in our country it doesnt really be involving with those connected with those higher officials because it would really that pretty damn obvious if they would really be doing it such way on which we know that they could really be facing up those possible issues or other legal aspects if this one would really be proven out. How can you stop them? Are you as politically powerful as they are? Do you want them to come after you? These are the things that is better avoided than letting it happen because if you do, your life and that of your family would be at risk. That is why you see and behave as if you see nothing. Nobody wants to talk or act because of the fear of the unknown. So they keep manipulating the whole process and doing whatever they like and feel is the best that suits them.
