Contesting Palgiarism

I am putting a way to contest Palgiarism:

I. Content from a btt user :
1- if you see any post plagiarized from btt , pm the btt member
2- only the said member can contest,
3- he can create an account on altt with same name as on his btt, he will verify that with a small step (put in the "personal text box" > AltcoinsTalks.com verification) .
4- then he posts a reply to the plagiarized topic, with this text " contesting plagiarism", then he reports the topic and provide link to his original post

then he will be contacted by me or someone else with options to consider


II. Content from a website or publication :
1- If it falls under the fair use policy > we will not act
2- If it is being quoted and link to original content provided > we will not act
3- In other cases, please signup using the same brand name as site/publication, verify your account
tweeting or linking from site might be required.
4- then Post a reply to the plagiarized topic, with this text " contesting plagiarism", then report the topic and provide link to his original post

then you will be contacted by me or someone else with options to consider

Finally, first step to do something with this plague.

After second read this start to look easy and very clever. Not only we will fight plagiarism but additionally we can get a lot of new members.
