Doge is not capped at 100 billion coin, it inflates at a rate of 5.2 billion doges a year.
Meaning every year an additional 5.2B doges are added to the total.

divide it to worlds population = 111b coins still nothing!

I think this is way too much and it must be one of the factors affecting the value and price...

That is my prayer, people just have to transact with the coin, to keep it alive, with That the price and value might go up.

The reason of low price of Doge is its expending quantity. I have some Doge but there is no I in value.

I like your simple calculation,  but i don't think population as something to do with the coin price improving tremendously.  This is just simple demand and  supply.
