The new version of Waves Keeper is out!
Now it’s also available for Microsoft Edge and Opera!

The updated Waves Keeper supports batch transaction confirmations and the auto-click protection for an even better user experience.

See how it works:

BCH(ABC) and BSV gateways will be enabled in Waves Client on 28 February at 23:00 Pacific Time!

Prior to this, BCH trading will be paused to take a snapshot of balances on 22 February at 00:00 Pacific Time.

After holding the snapshots, BCH holders will receive an equal amount of BSV and can deposit and withdraw coins, and trade them on Waves DEX as before.

KYC is critical for blockchain adoption but currently time-consuming and expensive. Waves’ new partnership with Blockpass https://blog.wavesplatform.com/easy-kyc-for-waves-with-blockpass-eda1fe2b951f will enable fast, low-cost KYC for blockchain businesses and dApps developers - without compromising users’ privacy. Tokenised identity will underpin Web 3.0!

Waves is launching a dApps and Web 3.0 programming course, seeking to equip developers to build the functionality that will power the next-generation web.

If you’re a frontend developer, webmaster, full-stack web developer, Indie/Games or iOS/Android developer, they’re interested in hearing from you. JavaScript and Node.js familiarity preferred.

Waves devs are always eager to creat new tools and solution for their community!

Today, they're introducing Paddle, a java library for testing smart contracts on the Waves blockchain.

Paddle already allows you to:

- automatically download, start and stop docker node before and after test run;
- store smart contracts code in separate files;
- write test scenario briefly and concisely;
- for scenario, specify only important transaction fields;
- automatically calculate transaction fees;
- check stateChanges for InvokeScript transactions;
- check balances, data in account storage and etc.

Paddle was created by Maxim Smolyakov, Waves QA engineer.

Check out the library's upcoming features and make suggestions on its improvement in the repo below
