Keep holding or sell now?

As at 2018, the deep in the price of coins in the market made everyone to hold firm to their coins/holdings, now, 2019 price of coins has gotten good remarks in the market making good profit to those who held their coins.
Here is my question
As the price of coins in the market has seen a green season, is it greedy to keep holding, or is it right to sell now?
Would like to hear/see your own ideas. Thanks.

I see bitcoin  is still volatility.  I prefer hold and wait until  the price  of bitcoin  is more stable,  then I will sell my bitcoin.  Because I believe  Bitcoin will be more valuable at September  this year or October.  It is my prediction  about  bitcoin  market

if in my opinion, we wait until the end of 2019.  Because after seeing a very good mid-year price movement, I am increasingly optimistic at the end of the year the Bitcoin value will be higher.

This volatility will be not changed ever. Simply now, BTC is taken as the most-trusted cryptocurrency. Peoplefinally understood that Bitcoin is reliable, and they are ready to invest in it. I am holding.

You can only lose if you have bought at the higher price for this current market, else you can make profit, but I do agree with you right now that movement of bitcoin is really bullish, just a slight correction and then it will rise again, thats why it is good to hold right now.
