I wash trying to get as much information from them as I could, and they are claiming they are not directly connected with this mixer, but they won't provide any proof for that.

But definitely this is different as we can somewhat connect code with other developers. So as we can see, it might take a hit on the whole niche specially names are being drop.

Yeah, it is going to complicate things for new mixers, however, one had to always be careful when using a new mixer, breaking the amount you want to mix into different bits is one way to use new mixers, it is not recommended to send all of your money in at once, especially if it is a large amount of money. I am sure we would see new mixers coming into the forum now and in the future and hopefully most of them will be legitimate.

They posted that the connection was through a fired rogue employee but then they deleted that forum post out of fear of law enforcement using other parts of it to compromise their opsec.

Don't forget that the "rogue employee" was also involved in the development of Frogmixer, which also ended in infamy. It seems like it's mixer farming.

Yes, that gives us enough cue to stay away from that mixer at this time until they might prove that they've no links with RoyalMix. I also agree with dkbit98's suggestion and also believe that others should try to follow his advice for their own safety.

Or it's cluster f**k right now, I don't know why we have gotten so far with this "rogue employee' or who's who in the world of mixer. But it seems their world is getting smaller. And hopefully, this is the last case that this person or group of individuals will be working on a mixer project.

So the best weapon for us is to just be careful, chooses mixer wisely, that has been in this business for so long.

Someone just posted in forum about finding another bug flaw with jokermix, so whoever developed and worked on royalmix and jokermix is an amateur at best.
I can only imagine what happens with customers data and information collected, like IP addresses, connection between BTC addresses, etc.
People should use mixers only with Tor if possible.
