i think, it's not scam. i did too many transaction with hitbtc . but remember one thing their fees are too high  and min amount of exchange is not equal for different coins .

I also do not think that HitBTC scam, but I saw a lot of negative reviews from people who could not withdraw large amounts from this exchange, their accounts were blocked. These were not isolated cases, so I think you need to be careful using this exchange. By the way, the fees for withdrawing tokens are very high, this is not very convenient.
