There are some instances that bounty participants are the reason of dumping the price of the token. I don't know if it is right to blame them because I  think it wasn't the right thing. Blaming the bounty participants won't help to strengthen the profit mindset rather there are chance that one day you are one of them. Blaming shows immaturity.
In addition investors mindset are not the same, so bounty hunters too. Both parties have imperfections. Much better to focus of what you are doing than blaming.

I don't see how investors will be discouraged, because they can join the bounty programs too and at the same time invest.

I am more supportive of Bounty participants because the bounty participants are also people who market the ICO until successful.

if the dump is not possible, the allocation is only 1-3% of the total ICO tokens sold. we can see if the dump is more than 10% it is not from the bounty participants, because the bounty is only about 3%

You are telling the truth mate. Bounty participants are only giving 1% or on small occasions 2%.

I don't actually agree about blaming bounty participants if the price of token is dumping because sometimes it's not about really because of those participants. Think about if what if the reason why the coin is dumping is because of those people who have a big amount of holdings? Another it's the right of bounty participants if they want to sell their token or coin because they worked for it.

I think that bounty hunters that sell tokens after they received don't have to be blamed.. everyone can do what he want... they have worked hard to gain that token amount so they can do what they want with them.

Indeed, we can not blame the bounty participants just because the price of token goes down, almost all of token are more cheap while the token to be listed on the exchangers than the price during ICOs selling, usually couples months later the price of token increase after listing on the market.

For me Coins / Tokens received by Bounty hunters are what is sought by Investors. Investors want to get their tokens through exchanges that result in rapid dumping of prices. The point is that we cannot blame each other. Because both want to benefit from all this.

The problem of price drop is not in bounty hunters but in the project team that did not envisage a possible scenario with the price dumping that bounty hunters did. I know many good projects that sent part of the earned Ethereum during the ICO to keep the price of the token on the crypto exchanges.

Bounty hunters certainly affect the price on the exchange, but if the project is good, and its tokens are valued, then the price will not fall dramatically. But if the project is not very promising or the team is weak, then even without selling tokens bounty hunters will not grow.

I can’t catch the point of the post. That is the reason why you have posted. But nonetheless if problem is dumping the price, then campaigns should use bounty buy back or payment other than token .
