Managers are not superhuman
« on: August 13, 2018, 09:54:26 AM »
Some blame the managers if the project went into unsatisfactory ending. Some desperate participants look the manager as not human.
Some says the manager is the most person to blame with unfortunate.
Some expected the manager to finished the work in a days.
If the manager couldn't contain their emotion, I don't know what they can do, but fortunately to delayed the result if necessary.

* we should not forget that manager is also a human that have a limit and weaknesses. Let us also consider their situation. It does not mean to pampers them but it means it seems we are also elite person.  ;D ;D

* be good and and have patients.
Some understand the situation.
Thanks to us.

Yes, the work of our managers are not easy and we need to be more patient with them more times. Meanwhile, some of the managers are too lazy and I think some of them need to be questioned.

To be questioned is okay as long as we shows some respect. Blaming is far different from questioning. Although there are lazy managers they must be responsible because they choose to be manager.

Yes, I agree with you. Bounty managers perhaps accepted the job since they also believe that such ICO is legit and willing to give what is the allocated bounty allocation for the member's that are participating in the signature bounty campaign. Let's give time for the bounty managers to make an update on the spreadsheet in making updates.

I agree we should not blame the bounty manager if an ICO does not turn out well as they can do research but when there is no demand for the project there is nothing they can do. However if a manager cannot finish his job then he is to blame, if he does not have the time for the work he should not take it up, once he take up the job his must fulfill what he need to do no matter how busy is him.

Complete agreement. If the Manager does his job well, you can wait at least a month, knowing that everything will be correctly counted and done. But if he makes mistakes it's unpleasant.

Some of the hunters rush too much and always expect results after the week. It is not easy for the managers managing, we sometimes needs to be more patient with them.

I have many questions to the managers of the Amazix team, especially to the manager of Mei - in some of their campaigns in which I participated there was unreasonably reduced the total amount of remuneration. To the questions why it was done - Mei in an aggressive manner threatens to block the participant in the chat and refuses to think about the problem

We need to have respect for each other. When the project does not fulfill its obligations - not always to blame the managers. Dishonest organizers change the rules of the game.

I have high respects for bounty managers not a question about that due to the mere fact that their job was not that easy. But let's accept it that not all bounty managers now were worthy of that title. Just recently, i've joined an ICO wherein the bounty manager just did not carry out his job well to say the least. The result was = not properly calculated stakes. The admin told me that i am one of many bounty hunters who were complaining and was promised to look into it. I am so totally disappointed.

Yes, they have hard work. Do not get me wrong, I'm not an evil person, but I do not really need to regret them. After all, they must be the best in their business

Don't t judge those Bounty managers instantly,Their job is not easy. if they are not a perfect person. If they have been delayed when they update or have a long time update, we just have to wait for them to work hard. You need to have a communication with the manager by (Telegram), so you can ask him why that delayed the update. Let's not hurry to get stakes just patient. That's my opinion. Thank you..

To be patience is our responsibility in order to give the manager more time to do his/her responsibility well. To communicate with them through telegram is nice way to ask whatever the concerns.

Time is what the manager needs and also our understanding toward their situation. The irresponsible manager must be blame or maybe we can curse them  :D by telling us lies from the start. Managers and bounty hunters are in the same boat.

That's why some managers announced to report until the given date if there is a mistakes. If bounty hunter didn't report it means it is not the manager's mistake.

Those bounty hunters that always asking from time to time regarding calculation and when send the payment? Everyone should not be selfish in both parties to have much better things to come.
