Because many of the ICO project ICO ads on Facebook.,so if banned the ICO advertising,the company's revenue ability will be greatly reduced,and the early facebook plans to take on blockchain message may boost the facebook value increases to a certain extent.

In general,bitcoin shouldn't be judged with it's price.As long as developement continues,it doesn't matter what the price would be.It could be as low as $100 but if there are miners and people running full nodes,then it ain't dead.

Every business needs to adapt to changes and challenge like this.Im pretty sure banks are already finding ways to join the bandwagon,they will surely profit from it.It would just be a matter of time until they accept bitcoin deposit and withdrawals.

Bitcoin price usually depend on consumer demand because when the demand for bitcoin in the market increases, its price will increase.But when demand decrease,price will be reduced.Consumer demand changes in minutes, so the demand for bitcoin is down.So many of Bitcoin risks.
