Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why does bitcoin have value?
« on: July 22, 2018, 03:56:00 PM »
Bitcoin has gained such a high value due to its high demand and its demand has increased high as people found it to be worth the investment as its supply is limited and it being totally out of the reach of the hands of government. Also people found it that it could not be hacked by anyone unless we reveal the private keys of the wallet in which it is stored.

People are already fed up with government's currencies which are subject to deflation and also as bitcoin earrings could not be taxed directly, most people found it as a safe haven unwilling to pay the huge percentage of taxes.

Also payments could be sent to anyone at low transaction fees and so when people found a bunch of useful factors in a single currency, they just didn't want to miss it.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: The rise of bitcoin continues
« on: July 22, 2018, 03:45:13 PM »
For some weeks now I don't hear people say bitcoin is dead any longer. I don't understand why this has stopped all of a sudden. Where are those who announced the death of our mother coin? Don't you think it is time for these same people to  announce the resurrection of bitcoin :). That is the power of bitcoin, it always keeps it doubter's mute.
I think bitcoin continue to rise forever.Even if the prices have dropped quite a lot in a past few months, people are still investing.I think the prices have stabilized and thus investment are more safe.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: What makes an alt coin valuable?
« on: July 22, 2018, 03:37:11 PM »
Alt coins follow the principle of "supply and demand". With limited supply and increase demand of a particular alt coin on the market, the value of that coin increases accordingly as the coin experiences a huge influx of investors.
Altcoins has a lot of uses, advantages and it really helps a lot in terms of financial.Inspite of those things the reason why altcoin become valuable,it is because many people use and patronized it as a digital currency. In other word the demand makes altcoin valuable with a limited amount of supply.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Any advice for a newbie?
« on: July 22, 2018, 03:29:11 PM »
-continue researching into anything that interests you, other projects and coins and their roadmaps, teams, etc. It doesn't hurt to learn about markets and technical analysis. People will only shill their holdings and advise you to buy those to better their position. Learn about the best way to protect your investments and you seem to already be doing that with adding a Ledger Nano. Good luck.
-Before investing, read as much as you can. Also you should take into account positive and negative comments.
Never sell altcoins, if the price is less that you have invested. It's better to wait in order not to lose.
-The main advise for newbie is not to try to trade. It's very hard job even for experienced guys.
The second advice is that you should always diversify your risks. Make 2 portfolios. The first one is for long term hodl, the second one is for ICO investment. Each of them should consists of 3-10 coins/projects.
Add in advices that you want to give. :)
You may need to rank up your titles so you can get more bounties.Try to read and post on thread while you are doing it.You can also do airdrops for the meantime.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve?
« on: July 22, 2018, 09:08:13 AM »
I can clearly see that there are other cryptocurrency that are beginning to dethrone bitcoin, showing off there quick and secured transactions, though bitcoin continues to be the king. What does bitcoin need to improve state your opinions.
Spread the good news about bitcoin is necessary especially for everyone so that they do not think bitcoin like fraud or gambling place so that news that will drop the bitcoin will never exist again or go away from bitcoin.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: I don’t buy Bitcoin to become wealthy
« on: July 22, 2018, 08:43:10 AM »
I don’t buy Bitcoin to become wealthy. I buy Bitcoin to avoid becoming poor. There is a big difference as most people will learn in the coming years.
Like my friend said:
Whenever someone asks me, "Why are you buying bitcoin?"
I say, "I'm not buying bitcoin, I'm selling dollars".
If you are really determined and work hard then obviously you can be financially  very successful through cryptocurrency or not.So it is not true that cryptocurrency will make you rich in a day,you have to invest you time on proper things and be  very calculative to achieve that position. Also you have to be very lucky to be billionaire with the help of cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: How safe is Bitcoin?
« on: July 22, 2018, 05:09:13 AM »
Bitcoin is well known for its safety. The biggest dangers are mainly hacker attacks on third party services, through which one accesses his bitcoins. These are above all the various crypto exchanges on which the users have created accounts or the bitcoins stored locally in wallets.

Basically, either the exchange itself is directly attacked, so that data can be stolen there. The biggest known incident was the hacker attack on Mt.Gox about 4 years ago, when a huge hack of Bitcoins was looted. This was also the reason for the decrease of Bitcoins 2014.

Today, the exchanges have improved to prevent such occurrences, because it can come to hacks and the trade is severely restricted or even stopped completely. This often leads to strong price fluctuations, mainly caused by so-called panic sells.

An equally large attack surface offer individual mistakes that can easily be prevented. Individual mistakes are the responsibility of individual users and are often:
- insufficiently secured user accounts due to weak passwords
- Login on a phishing site
- send the private keys to a scammer

If a stranger has once gained access to your own accounts, he can quickly transfer the entire balance to another wallet and due to the anonymity, it is no longer clearly comprehensible. For such a kind of total loss helps therefore only a careful handling with your personal user data.

But as long as you follow to the usual security rules and pay attention to secure passwords, which you should also change from time to time and do not use the same password on many other pages, an accident normally cannot happen.
The high demand and high competition between exchanges has also contributed to the improvement of safety standards.

How make you sure to safe your Bitcoins?
Well said bitcoin is actually safe but the issues of all these hacks we are hearing comes from third party services such as exchanges.Falling to secure there exchange well enough and there by leading to careless hacks. So far you follow the proper security measures on your wallet you will always be safe and avoid loosing your private keys they are very important.Hardware wallets are also good for securing your bitcoins.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: why is it important to HODL?
« on: July 22, 2018, 04:46:47 AM »
correction is due, panic mode is on, and every thread seems to explain in different context of weather it is important to hold on to BTC when dropping yet others are saying to sell, vice versa. how can this be
HODLing is important when you believe  that a certain digital coin's market value will eventually rise in the future.Good thing about HODLing is that you can sell you digital currency at a higher price if its market value will rise.

« on: July 22, 2018, 04:31:56 AM »
Is there anything that can destroy bitcoin
Can we have anything that make bitcoin to become history in crypto space world?
Probably if someone is able to break the cryptography but I guess we are far to see it happening. If this day come I assume we will be able to fix the issue by implementing something and start from the latest block that has not got a problem.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is Bitcoin valuable?
« on: July 21, 2018, 04:19:57 PM »
Bitcoin gets more value each time that goes by since its inception. In the early times when Bitcoin was first created, some holders used it for candies and pizza because it lack value at that time. Now, Bitcoin is in high demand and due to its limited supply, a value is created for it.
Bitcoin has a lot of uses, advantages and it really helps a lot in terms of financial.Inspite of those things the reason why bitcoin become valuable,it is because many people use and patronized it as a digital currency. In other word the demand makes bitcoin valuable with a limited amount of supply.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Invest in Bitcoin or Bank?
« on: July 21, 2018, 04:49:52 AM »
Bitcoin investment is much more lucrative than the Bank investment. Bitcoin investment is a great opportunity for us to increase our wealth and assets as the fluctuations in price can increase BTC to more than 100%.
In my own thoughts, this two kind of investments have a good impact in gaining profits. However ,if we talked about how fast can gained it,I would prefer to choose Bitcoin because we can feel immediately the profits. While investing in bank it will takes a lot of time but it has more chances to gain profits compared in bitcoin votality.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Red markets again!
« on: July 17, 2018, 11:14:50 AM »
As crypto trader i am very interested to invest more in crypto in this red market, because this is the best opportunity to buy more crypto i.e bitcoins and ethereum because of low prices. How about you, are happy or are you worried about this market situation?
Its only natural for the market to turn their prices into red.It is part of the life of altcoins, cryptocurrency has a high volatility thats makes its prices goes up and down.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: how good the hold system
« on: July 13, 2018, 05:24:22 PM »
Majority of our fellows in crypto land especially those who have deep understanding regarding the ecosystem of bitcoin says, ' hold your bitcoin when it drops and also buy if you want while you have enough money, sell your bitcoin if the market goes to moon.'

How good the hold system with you?
Can you say that it is appropriate at all time or it depends?
Holding is very important in this field but we have to make sure that the coin that we are holding on is worth valuable for trading, holding is asense of waiting and its virtue lies on being patience, waiting for something more, that is why i believe that holding is much important thing in bitcoin.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Be honest, how has BTC helped you?
« on: July 13, 2018, 05:04:41 PM »
Online payment has become very easy for me now. At first, I had to get a credit card/Paypal to make payments online which was highly impossible in my country due to my age and other factors I can not mention here Smiley. By the way, I am old now Cheesy but I guess there are a few amongst us who wouldn't have qualified to make payments in some online shops that accept BTC now.
Thank you, Satoshi Nakamoto.
Many things I've got from BTC,and one of them is a valuable experience. It's more than money/stuff which  obviously BTC has helped a lot,and I'm sure it's not just me.On the other hand, bitcoin also increase my financial aspect.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin become an asset
« on: July 13, 2018, 04:42:38 PM »
I read about this news that in south Korea bitcoin has legally become recognizable as asset. I do think bitcoin is a currency and not an asset. I don't know whether this is good news or not for cryptocurrency. One thing I believe with legalization from government I do think more investors will come to invest in bitcoin, but I think if bitcoin become an asset its not as it suppose to because I believe bitcoin should be a currency which is currency is for transaction and asset is not for transaction.

What do you think guys?
There ars saying that bitcoin is a currency that is digital which is able to buy goods or services but what people really do to bitcoin is using it as an asset to be able to earn big amount of profit, not as currency. Also for me I utilize bitcoin to earn profit not for buying goods or services.
