Clearly, coins with a history with a casino or mixer aren't a problem if they're the user's only red flag, but if other flags are present, they'll use this as a pretext to justify asking for the origin of the funds.
As things stand, it would be best if the feds confiscate all the coins at some point, after that all the coins will be clean. After their "mixing", there is no need to look into the earlier history of the coin.  ::)

Exchanging coins to usdt I think is always safe.
All usdt are supposedly clean

Because I believe that there are alot of campaigns waiting at there , expecially mixers campaigns waiting at there to see this forum grow more and more, before taking action in promoting here.  And for the forum to grow in such way it depends on the users here. so please let's try our best to keep improving this forum.

I don't think campaigns are just waiting for activity here to grow.

The main reason campaigns exists in bitcointalk is because of bitcointalk SEO authority.

Topics in BTT really get high ranked in Google, while topics here don't.

There might be a lot of reasons for that  , from technical to post quality

@msz900, deleting those posts would only create problems. Firstly, the current activity of many users would be reduced and they could have problems with the rank they have right now, that could cause errors in the forum and it is possible (I'm not entirely sure) that many users will be demoted to lower ranks.
Maybe in the future posts in the bounty section should be exempted from activity and forum ranking. Such posts have a really small contribution to the forum, for example, a user who reaches legendary rank, where 99% of posts are bounty reports. It should not be the same as sr. member who wrote quality posts.

For now, those sections appear in the top while 'quality posts" appear in the bottom of the forum's main page..

Even forum members who teleported their accounts from bitcointalk and did not write like that there, do so in this forum.

This forum lacks interaction compared to bitcointalk,  where we can see lots of people creating new accounts to ask a question for example.

I think this a way to kindly ask members to engage in the discussion

They are obviously not doing anything manually.
Analytics software used by them is complicated and it is checking all connections, not just ones that are previously made.
I think this is all crap,it is not exact science, and it's dangerous for Bitcoin.

They can't check everything (all coin history). They would block a lot of people who doenst even know what mixers are  , and probably even block coins that came from another cex. Mixers exist for a long time  and the amount of coins whi has ever been in casinos or mixers is enormous.

I'm not even sure if every satoshi in my account has ever been associated with Mixers in the past few years 8)

It is very likely that most of your satoshis have been in a mixer at some point.

Exchanges can't check the complete history of  every sat. They will probably check the past 3-6 transactions...

You could just make a few hops inside your own wallet , or even exchange them for another coin in a swap service if you are very  paranoid.

Greetings,

I have noticed that a huge amount of Posts from the Bounty Board is available and there are no use of it. So to speed up the Forum, it is suggested to review and remove the old posts, like atleast older then 2020. From 2020 - Till Now, is more then enough for all the users to check previous data.

I don't think that deleting will increase forum performance

Additionally, they might be an useful reference of users behavior and posting habits...
It could also have some seo effect.

But the only thing we can do regardless of events is to accumulate as much as we can.

Accumulate BTC you mean, I hope  ;)

Ethereum has value, but BTC doesn't have any of the problems we are talking about.

Create a mixer, pay $10,000 to promote the service and wait for someone to deposit 1 Bitcoin.

It looks so easy to scam people... I am impressed by the fact that we had (and still has some) so many legit mixers who never run away with people' money.

Bitcoin makes thing very easy for hackers and scammers.

Well, in defense of Ethereum though, they do have different full nodes and reference implementations, and they can't all be coerced into implementing the same EIPs.

I'm not even sure if Vitalik is able to get an EIP approved all by himself, in the event that he was compromised by a government. Because the EIP would need to be published in order to start a change.

I agree.. however he has great influence  and he can even fork the network by himself to pro.oge the changes he wants. It worked in the past. Who would want to be in a chain without vitalik support? I don't know if eth is that independent yet.

Is anyone facing issues with AltcoinsTalks forum today?

For me pages are opening very slow and I am unable to use it like before.
Maybe admin is doing some work with server, but that should be announced earlier.

It is working normal here. I didn't experience any delay that isn't normal...

I likes the design  of the website.

Frog mixer came in a good time, as unijoin and tumbler are down.

I suggest that you hire a campaign manager to help you promote frogmixer in this forum.

Additionally,  you can buy an express rank to be able to post links of your service  in this ANN.

(I don't know how to buy the amity to post images, if someone knows, please share)

We can be worried, but risk is a part of this market, and the risk with USDT is much lower than most crypto assets in the market like ALTS which can lose value compared to USDT dozens of times in the crypto winter.

We are investors, we need to accept the risk with Tether and should be assured that Tether is continuing to actively print more USDT to provide development momentum for the market.

Nobody should accept a high risk with Tether or any other stable coin.

As far as I know, Tether is highly regulated and it shows it reserves regularly
https://tether.to/en/transparency/?tab=reports

The risk should be close to 0, as the reward is zero as well. There is no way to be profitable just by holding Tether,  so the risk/reward must be very low as well.

I really like the "graveyard" thing, seems fitting, just move those three coins there and that's it!

I forgot about the graveyard.

Just move IOTA and EOS there as well.

This board maintenance is important.
