Title: What is Defi? Detailed discussion about defi.
Post by: Nostoman on September 21, 2020, 12:04:47 PM
There is something valuable about defi. The information will increase the scope of knowledge. defi is an acronym for "Decentralized Finance". A term for various financial applications in cryptocurrency or blockchain to disrupt financial intermediaries. The defi digital currency draws inspiration from the technology blockchain behind Bitcoin, which allows several entities to keep copies of transactions. Which means it is not controlled by any single, central medium. This is important because centralized systems and people can limit the speed and sophistication of transactions while offering less control over their money. Defi is unique because it extends the use of blockchain from simple complex transfers to more complex financial uses. Discuss your opinion.

I think DeFi is the best financial solution that is not controlled by any party, even the government. DeFi can be your bank, you can borrow and give loans that are easy, safe, fast and transparent through blockchain technology.

Yes. Your well thought out comment about defi is fine but you said it briefly. Can tell in detail. If you know how to discuss in more detail, you can discuss here. Now everyone wants to know more about defi. That's what I did here.

Yes, defi is not part of any government banks. But defi digital can play a lot of role in transactions and can be an easy way. Because digital transactions can be simple, secure through blockchain technology. Basically defi can be a possible result.

To be honest, I don't really understand the DeFi project yet, why the price of DeFi tokens can go up so high.  And I saw on the Coingecko site, on average DeFi Tokens have experienced a significant increase in price recently. I don't know this will last long or not, which is certain that the increase in the price of DeFi Tokens, especially YFI, has attracted the attention of Crypto Investors and Traders to take their eyes off other Crypto coins that are not part of the DeFi project token.

Imho, the definition of DeFi is much more extensive than the fans of getting uni tokens for free understand it.  ;D ;D

- Stablecoins as structural elements of decentralized technologies.

- Decentralized lending. Software tools for obtaining and issuing loans on the blockchain, without using a bank account.

- Decentralized exchanges. Buying and selling cryptocurrencies directly on the blockchain.

- Securing loans. Provision of digital assets to secure decentralized loans.

- Decentralized identification systems.

- The ability to combine structural elements of decentralized finance that perform different functions, like libraries of software modules.

- Management of risks.

 ...etc.

DeFi is definitely the future of finance, in the growth of financial literacy, more and more people want to manage their assets, to invest and increase them, for such people must have new ways to interact with the industry, as the traditional too many barriers and unnecessary intermediaries. The current hype will go down, many DeFi projects will be dumped or devalued, but technology will stay and continue to evolve because there is real value behind it.

Yes, DeFi is a sign of the future of finance and financial literacy. I think more people’s resources will play a role in moving forward, people must make new plans for projects and future industries to increase the amount of people’s resources. Will continue to try to complete successfully. The current hype will be reduced by creating new ways. The use of technology will continue.

DeFi will certainly improve. Because the development of human resources is very important for development. Because its effect increase the amount of human resources. I think the development and growing improvement is an urgent issue in the cryptocurrency market. Reviewing different aspects of the market, it can be said that the current DeFi is ruling the entire market. Only investing in DeFi tokens or coins. So the development of DeFi is possible.

Your information about DeFi is very nice. Because you have discussed DeFi in detail. I saw your two posts. Posted well about DeFi. I think Defi helps people improve and develop their crypto resources. Human resources can take the market to the next level. They may be able to benefit. There will be technologies, there will be development. The amount of resources will be more.

You are absolutely right and I completely agree with you. The development of the DeFi industry in 2020 has already been called the "second wave of the ICO boom". The DeFi industry and the ICO boom combine the growth rate of the token rate, new projects and the number of investments attracted by startups. At the moment, investors have blocked more than $ 10 billion in various smart contracts of the platforms.

Decentralized finance / DeFi is currently ruling the market. Because all the coins in the market are related to DeFi. People are benefiting by investing in DeFi. I learned some details about DeFi. I started monitoring the market all the time. I want to invest in DeFi coins, I want to be profitable, I want to be optimistic. So I want to make an investment by continuing the trend of investing my money. I think DeFi coin increases the amount of wealth and helps in the development of wealth.

DeFi can be profitable because many investors are taking part with their funds. But we also have to be able to read market movements correctly so as not to lose. DeFi movements are very quickly

I agree with you. Defi projects are hype now, they are developing rapidly, skyrocketing in price and capitalization and bringing very good profit to their investors. But it cannot last forever. Sooner or later, the defi market will overheat and probably collapse. Just like it happened with ICO projects in 2018 after the 2017 hype. Therefore, investors must understand their risks and feel the moment when they need to withdraw their investments from defi projects.

There is a lot of investment in any new DeFi project. The price of coins is increasing many times due to high investment. But later it was seen that the price of coins was going down. Now if you look at the market, you will see that the prices of DeFi coins have started falling. As a result, investors are suffering. It was a skyrocketing price in the market. The price of DeFi coins skyrocketed and skyrocketed. It seemed like a dream. But now the price of these coins has started falling.

At present 90% of the projects are being successful. Those projects are under DeFi. Investors are therefore more interested in investing in DeFi projects. They invest after expressing interest and they are benefiting. It is certainly for the market and beneficial.

Yes. Coin prices have been rising sharply since the beginning of the DeFi project. But later it is decreasing. I can't say for sure why it's declining. But I think investors should be patient. Because if the #DevelopmentTeam  of the project wants, Coin can reach the peak of development. So I think those who have worked on the project and the project should be patient.

If all banks and exchanges are controlled by some legal entity, why not do it all on smart contracts? This is how protocols appeared that, without the participation of an intermediary, trade crypto on DEX, lend (Compound), and issue stablecoins (MakerDAO).

Yes. Thus defi cannot be approved by any bank. Because these are being traded on DEX. The bank will approve these if the promises are made in the exchanges and if the issues are discussed with the bank owner. There will be more improvements, so I think defi will remain as technology in the future. But its popularity will not continue to grow. But from these few days of idea about defi I understand that there is in the near future. But it is going to lose its popularity in the future.

Think of DeFi has an escape solution from your traditional centralized banking system. It's an ecosystem built on Ethereum blockchain, it has integrated protocols and decentralized financial tools with huge uses cases targeted to be used by almost anybody, be it individuals or developers. With this technology, you are able to build defi protocols into several institution like banking, exchanges, gaming platforms, insurance and even tokenization.

What i love most about it is the lending & borrowing, permissionless, staking, stablecoins, protection of identity (which was becoming a problem with crypto space)

I also believe DeFi will be the future of finance specially in crypto area. But people have to invest in Defi with more cautious otherwise hype will end and they will suffer. Obviously technology will exist and price will be undervalued very soon except few top real DeFi coins. DeFi developers should focus on security of wallets from hack and save assets of the holders.

DeFi is new to add new discoveries and more people here, the future of finance and to increase the number of people investing, to make investors successful and to increase the level of investment, to inform more about future plans, to invite different types of people or business people here. Plan. So I think it will remain as technology. Will improve technology. But some coin prices will go down in the future. But technology will improve and remain as technology. It is expected to never end. But some people are commenting and those people are saying that Defi will not be there for a very long time. But there will be.

DeFi is decentralized finance. DeFi may be defined as the movement that promotes the use of decentralized networks and open source software to create multiple types of financial services and products. The idea is to develop and operate financial DApps on top of a transparent and trustless framework, such as permissionless blockchains and other peer-to-peer (P2P) protocols.

DEFI

   Defi is known as a Decentralized Finance. In blockchain technology, a set of financial applications and services are built, foremost on public blockchains like Ethereum.

   Defi mainly aims to recreate and enhance the traditional services and systems in a decentralized approach, removing mediators, transparent, and inclusive financial interactions.

    In recent years, defi has gained expressive attention, attracting both institutions and individuals who seeking decentralized financial solutions. It rejects the need for middlemen and centralized control, and it has the ability to reform traditional finance by increasing finance and providing open access, and different financial services.

Some of the key features of defi are mentioned below;

* Permissionless and open.
* Smart Contracts.
* Lending and borrowing.
* Decentralized Exchanges.
* Stablecoins.
* Liquidity Mining and Yield Farming.
* Decentralized Derivatives and Options.
* Governance and Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.
* Interoperability and composability.
