Hi everyone,
The test phase is almost over and the last things remaining now are the final tunings to the website and application. Both website and application were completed before, however, some functionality issues arose and everything had to be remade from scratch again which caused our estimates to change and delay a lot. But not anymore! We are finally setting the date and everyone is invited to the Helena V2 Release Event on 5th of October Wednesday at 18:00 UTC.
It has been a rough and tiring period for the team. The pressure from the community (which we completely understand) and the hardships during development were on our shoulders. Racing with time, overcoming endless problems, and doing all in the best way that we are satisfied, finally, we are ready to proceed.
We are so excited, we believe in our project’s strength, and good days are ahead of Nemesis Network. So let’s celebrate this together on Wednesday. All of the team, including me and Arwand, will be online and we will make a family AMA. There will be special contests and rewards for the ones who will be with us during the release event.
As you know most of the competitor projects went dead and we are among very few who are still actively developing and we will continue to do so. We aim to keep Nemesis Network as active, transparent, engaging, inviting, and rewarding as possible. We will also continue to develop with this aim in mind in the future.
Please check out the teaser video that our design team has made where you can see the upcoming features one by one. Thank you for your patience, support, and thank you for being with us the whole time. Please save the date and stay tuned because Helena is coming back strong!

🏛️ We thank @everyone for joining the V2 Genesis Period APY Adjustment Proposal, and according to the result of the casted votes, $HELENA AUTO-STAKE APY has adjusted to 1,002%. As you may know, we have recently released our first GameFi feature, The WINGS Multiplier, and by using it, total returns can be multiplied further to 8,917% per year.

⚡ Almost 6 days have passed since we launched the WINGS Multiplier, and we have received some complaints from our community members regarding successive "Buy Power" actions resetting the last 3 days' earnings accumulated in their inventory. It was intended; however, since we forgot to mention it in our Whitepaper and since we want to incentivize such consecutive deposits, the team has decided to implement an airdrop system for said earnings so that the players can fully utilize the benefits of the multiplier contract as disclosed in our Whitepaper.
ℹ️ For Example: If a wallet buys power for 100 WINGS and earns 10 power from its referrals, it will reach a total of 110 Multiplier Power. 72 hours later, if this wallet decides to "Buy Power" again for any amount, 3.3 WINGS (110 Power * %3) will be airdropped to the wallet. There is no limit for the airdrops, and every successive deposit will receive the last 3-days due earnings. Also, the players do not have to take any action for the airdrops because the team will periodically check the deposit actions and perform related airdrop shipments.
💯 The "Max Claim" indicator on our newest feature shows how much you can earn from The WINGS Multiplier, and IT IS 100% GUARANTEED. Even if the deposit and compound actions are paused upon reaching 100,000 Global Power (which is necessary because the total earnings are limited to 50,000 WINGS), the players can withdraw their "Max Claim" allowances in the full amount.
💎 Consequently, since the earnings are guaranteed, the best strategy for playing The WINGS Multiplier would be non-stop COMPOUNDING until the game reaches 100,000 Global Power and stops further compounds & deposits.

Helena Marketing Update #1

Hello everyone.
I wanted to explain my thoughts and what we are doing from a marketing perspective. As we stated earlier, the downtrend in the market had a very big negative effect on the price of almost every token/project. As we could do nothing about the general state of the market, we focused on what we can actually do something about. That is why we gathered all the ideas, new trends & systems and developed them into a well-thought, self-sustaining, beautiful ecosystem. Then we manifested this with our new website, a new application, and new features/games by making them more explaining, more inviting, and more user-friendly. Our initial aim is to increase the daily transactions which will enable all the gears of the system to turn smoothly by generating more burn fuel with each transaction. It started with Wings Multiplier, and will continue with the next features/games each adding another gear to the system. When in full potential, these games/features will create sufficient daily transactions which will allow our system to be truly deflationary and realize the “BURN > YIELDS” mentality. We have just started this new era and a very nice period of time is awaiting us.
We think about the future period in 2 stages:
1- Preparations for the Full Potential (releasing all features/games one by one) + Content material improvements + Soft marketing (which has just started with the release) until the full potential is reached. (4–6 weeks)
2- When the full potential is reached, we will start a massive marketing push as we did previously which can be seen in our recap videos. Also, treasury buybacks will start in this period. (6–8 weeks)
So we are looking at a very active 10–14 weeks period where we will increase our marketing activities gradually. So far, with the soft marketing, we have already made some ambassadorship deals with Youtube/Twitter influencers, videos and tweets have started to come in which will increase progressively within the given timeline. First Press Release will be published in various media outlets within one week. Banner networks are activated with relatively low budgets (for now) and our banners will start to show up in premium sites like BSCScan, Dextools, Poocoin, and also the smaller sites in order to enhance brand awareness. Analytics and other user behavior tracking systems are completed and we are still making a few tweaks. Data started to flow in, which we may share/discuss in further updates. AMAs (also voice AMAs) are planned. Even some guerilla marketing techniques are initiated slowly. Contests & mini-quizzes are already planned so you better check our channels and socials frequently.
Forum pages/threads on Reddit, BitcoinTalk, and Altcoinstalks are updated and started to be very active and will continue to be so. Likewise, our Medium page has also started to be active and soon you will see articles regarding Dev Diaries, Weekly Updates, and Marketing Updates there. Also, we are now working on how-to guides and videos for each feature/game which will start to be published one by one soon. We are focusing more on improving content marketing in this soft marketing phase. So we will have all the content, articles, and guides ready that we need to show and convince the investors into investing in our project when the big marketing push begins. Do not forget that this will be a big push that will progressively increase from the soft marketing phase to its full potential and be sustained at the top level as long as possible.
Announced features/games are not the final ones. We will continue to develop and add the most anticipated games/features into our ecosystem. We trust our products, all of them are self-proven and successful which almost everyone wants to play/join. All of them have very rewarding opportunities which will be collected by the ones who participate. “Loyalty Point” system will be the foundation of the ecosystem, maybe the most rewarding of all features which will enable players to share the profit of the whole ecosystem. So the earlier you start to collect loyalty points the more rewards you will be able to collect. That is why I suggest everyone act as soon as possible.
Whatever happens, you know that we can’t affect the global general market state. But we are doing everything we are capable of to affect our systems & community positively. We are sure each penny spent on marketing will now bring more investors to our project than before. I and my devoted team are being active on our Discord & Telegram channels as much as we can, sharing all updates with the whole community and this will always continue.

NEMESIS NETWORK LOYALTY POINT / PROFIT-SHARING SYSTEM
🚀 After the successful releases of Wings Multiplier and Wings Rush, The Loyalty Point (NMS LP) Staking is now around the corner. Early birds who will be benefiting the most from the profit-sharing have already started to increase their LP tokens by participating in Wings Rush, and the Global Achievement to unlock LP Staking Pool / Profit-Sharing System is almost at 50%. Once again, we would like to thank our big family for all the engagement and participation.
☃️ So, this is a great time to explain the details of what LP Staking / Profit Sharing is, how it will work, and how you can benefit from it.
💡 We carefully studied similar profit-sharing systems and analyzed their pros/cons to enhance our system’s long-term sustainability and simultaneously avoid the problems they faced over the years. The biggest problem we identified on those platforms was the distribution of 100% of daily revenue in full amounts every 24-hour interval. This approach created a massive disadvantage for newcomers who are new to the LP farming/minting process because while early birds were getting all of the previous protocol earnings, they also kept claiming the future daily pool rewards, resulting in a huge gap between old miners and new miners.
Also, on days when the participation is high, LP miners receive higher returns; however, on days when the participation is low, their returns decrease dramatically. This also caused new players to not participate in mining new LP tokens as the rewards were not tempting, and their shares were forced to remain low compared to older LP miners, which made them feel left out and think they could not compete with older players to increase their shares to the desired level.
That is why we came up with the brand new idea of a profit-sharing system where all the problems are fixed, a system that will both provide an advantage for early LP miners and still be very attractive and fair for the new miners.
👀 How? Let’s see!
1️⃣ Dripping Reward Pool - First, instead of distributing all holdings in the LP Reward Pool in 24-hour intervals, which is very volatile and unsustainable, the LP Staking Pool will distribute 2% of its total reward holdings every 24 hours. This is crucial. Else the differences between high-profit days and low-profit days discourage miner to keep minting new LP Tokens. Also, new players will not be left out as the total reward amount will not diminish quickly and will continue to provide much more stable returns to the LP stakers in the long run. Moreover, the total pool rewards will continue to increase constantly because it will be much easier for new miners to compete with the old ones, and the old stakers will also need to continue participating in sustaining their share ratio.
2️⃣ LP Power Decay – To be fair to the new players and to further incentivize continuous LP minting, we implemented a daily 1% decay on LP Staking Powers. In this way, early players will still get the most benefit as they will have an edge and higher shares from the start but a diminishing one. However, the real winners will be the ones who will be actively participating in the minting process as they will be the backbone of the profit-sharing system and will keep growing the reward pool continuously and boosting overall returns. This will trigger an ever-growing Reward Pool and a long-term healthy & stable circulation of LPs and evenly distributed profits.
So the shares of the early players, who just stop playing, will diminish gradually over time, whereas active players will be able to keep their share ratio or increase them by actively participating.
Kindly note that LP decay will only affect when the NMS LP Tokens are staked in the Profit-Sharing pool; therefore, they won’t decay in your wallet.
✅ As we are still in the soft marketing phase, we are focusing more on the development and content creation side to prepare for the big moves ahead. Right now, only ~18% of the total supply is held by holders, and the remaining ~82% is either locked in Wings Swap, Wings Multiplier, Liquidity, or Burned. Therefore, this could be one of the greatest time periods to get your $WINGS Tokens and mint Loyalty Points where the conditions are ideal to benefit most from the upcoming profit-sharing feature as an early staker.
🤑 Wings Rush was the first game to acquire your NMS LP tokens, and the gears finally started to move. Upcoming games will provide further revenues to the profit-sharing system while burning even more $HELENA in the process, and increasing daily transactions, which will also provide more tax income for the protocol and its features.

We're back with another authentic contest, but this time it's all about you instead of blockchain.
🎄 As we celebrate the New Year and Christmas, many of us would like to capture the special moments we share with our loved ones, friends, and families. We created the Helena Instagram filter to amplify the soul of these captures.
📸 To be eligible for the contest, you must take a photo using the Helena Instagram Filter on our Instagram page with the theme of the new year and Christmas in the most creative way possible, post it to your Instagram story, and tag @helenafinancial.
The Helena team will select the 10 most creative and interesting photos from the participants and post them for public voting. Winners will be determined by Helenians!

7️⃣ Photos must have a Christmas or New Year's theme.

As a team who has achieved many many milestones in marketing, it is important for us to use our budget efficiently. There was a significant decline in interest in cryptocurrency for the past months. Many people have lost interest in investing in crypto. In this period of decline, it was not worth it to invest heavily in marketing activities. We have been noticing this obvious decline in interest throughout all platforms where we perform marketing activities. While our budget is sufficient, we want to avoid unnecessary spending. All Helenians know that we have a history of successful marketing and it will continue to be so in the future. You may consider our past achievements as a harbinger of what is yet to come.
Now as we release this amazing feature, we are warming up the marketing activities now and will be very active in the following month. Let's check what's been done and what is yet to come.
🗓️ What happened in the soft-marketing phase:
- We have been listed on CoinGecko and are exploring promotion options there as well.
- We have greatly improved our analytical methods, with the help of a highly skilled professional from a large multinational company setting up our system. We will continue to analyze and improve upon our past efforts in a results-focused manner.
- We have also hired an experienced professional to improve our corporate communication and have implemented a more professional communication system.
- Our content production has increased drastically, with weekly updates, developer diaries, whitepaper updates, guides, how-to videos, medium articles etc. all of which helps with our SEO
- We continue our routine meetings, following DeFi space, researching, evaluating new ideas.
- Negotiating and closing deals with our marketing partners beforehand when the interest and prices are low.
- We have held various contests and quizzes and plan to continue doing so.
- We have conducted many buybacks in the past and plan to do it again in the ultimate push.
- Our developers have become more present in the channels and we hope to see even more improvement in this area.
