We have a lot to do, thus we can not specifically check every post and every bounty and airdrop.
That's why we want your help, and if it is correct, you will receive +1 karma.
We want you to hit the report to moderator button in these specific cases:
- Referral links in main sections - not in referral section
- When you find posts in the wrong section that should be moved
- When you find posts advertising a telegram channel, a website a forum etc ... / and is not in "other crypto sites"
- When you find spammers with spam links to external sites that has no relation with crypto
- When you find general advertising ... / and is not in "advertise your stuff" section
- If an ANN / Bounty or Airdrop contain links to another forum
- If the google form request username to another forum, but not username on Altt

This is really a great idea and it helps fight spam. I guess EmoneyABC, is going get a lot of Karma points in the process. :P
But how can we report a user for making shit posts? I am not able to see a report button on the user profile.

Finally, clear explanations what is allowed and when to hit the report button. Just stopped to report after last problems with too many reports.
I hope there is no limits anymore because I will start to use this button again. There is plenty of abuse and at start there will be more reports for sure.

Great IDEA. That's a good decision ADMIN. I think it will increase our forum quality. And all post will be a resource for us. Hopes everyone will co-operate to make the forum better.

- If the google form request username to another forum, but not username on Altt
If the form ask for either bitcointalk or altcoinstalks url, is that acceptable?
- If you find users trying to spam about a specific project
I would like to have more definition of spam? Is it the post frequency or the number of char is too little per post?

the form can ask for bitcointalk username but should also include altcoinstalks username, otherwise it would not be a bounty for this forum:
meaning: they can ask : please input your bitcointalk or altcoinstalks username
project spam:
some projects stupidly ask their followers to post about them, thus we get flooded with same coin > as a result we have to ban the coin name and site
other projects think it is smart to post the same text about their project everywhere, as a result the user get banned
a normal project can have : 1 ANN / 1+ bounty / 1+ airdrop / 1-3 discussion topics / 1-3 translation requests in translation section / xx updates in update section / xx press releases in press release section / xx events in event section

that would be great! i'll earn while helping the moderators, Im in. It is indeed hard to monitor and administer a lot of participants here in altcointalk so yeah, i'll help you to monitor this community.

~I will try to support with my best. I believe the regulation made to improve our forum quality and makes all members to be smarter~
So far, I have seen some ANN or Bounty Threads provide links that go to another crypto forum. But I just criticize them by comments on the threads. Since I read this, I will start to report them when I find the same cases.

- You must have correctly reported at least 3-5 spammers, plagiarists, multi-accounts or other misbehaving users within this section.
- Or you must have correctly reported at least 10-20 posts that were spam, contained ref links, in the wrong section, etc.
- You must have been active recently on the forum as well reporting users within the decentralized team section.
- Exceptions apply for inactive users with exceptional reporting history due to their considerable contributions.

Necro-bumping threads without good reason, I guess you can report yes. A mod can then do something about it, or ignore.
Consider -karma if you feel it's disruptive. Especially if in the bounty section.
