Hello everyone especially to the admin in this forum I want to know why my positive karma still decreasing, I think there's someone who targeting me. Sorry for my bad English.

One of the reasons why you keep getting negative karma is because you don't read forum rules. I will have to punish you with negative karma too because of that (read pinned posts!!!).
When you want to post in any forum section you don't know, read pinned posts first because rules apply in each category.
Especially in court you have to fulfill, quite a few, requirements to be able to open a case. Enough points, enough negative karma, proper thread to ask for help or open a case, that just a few of them.
You have a spammy habit to start random useless new threads with no activity, posting cryptocurrencies news with source links, only to fulfill bounty requirements.
Additionally I have found plagiarism attempts. example:

If you finally read court rules (in pinned posts) you will find that there is a thread where you can ask Admin to adjust karma in exchange for posts or any other activity on the forum. From what I see this is the only way you can ask for negative karma removal and additionally nobody tells you who granted negative karma in the court and on the forum. This is kept secret. If you reply there (which will show me that you finally know the rules and have read them). I will award you with positive karma (to adjust) and who knows maybe I will show some appreciation in even more positive karma if you do a great job with the task on the forum.
