The Texas State Securities Board (SSB) and the Texas Department of Banking (DOB) filed a legal objection to Voyager Digital's disclosure statement, questioning the numerous procedures and calculations used to determine the fair market value of the insolvent exchange's crypto assets.

The counsel for the SSB and DOB objected to the order recognizing the sufficiency of Voyager's modified disclosure statement in a complaint filed with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. In July 2022, Voyager Digital filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York, offering a recovery plan for investors.

According to the decentralized finance (DeFI) protocol governance forum, following a $117 million exploit on Oct. 11, the Mango Markets community is prepared to reach a deal with its hacker, enabling the hacker to keep $47 million as a bug bounty.

The proposed terms reveal that $67 million of the stolen tokens would be restored, while the hacker will keep $47 million. The arrangement was approved by 98% of voters, or 291 million tokens, and stipulates that Mango Markets would not seek criminal charges in the matter.
