Account with Marked Fishy?

I want to ask a moderator or someone who knows better about accounts with the marked "fishy"? actualy I have asked here https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=155121.0 but haven't received a more detailed answer. What kind of violation gets mark fishy on the account?

This is just my observation of accounts that were marked fishy.

Those accounts are under monitoring because they often post links that are quite unknown and can be considered as spam or sponsored posts.

The word "fishy" itself kind of explains that the user's post are unusual or out of the ordinary.

I can't see any accounts on the moderators watch list actually, so if there are any accounts market "Fishy", then they are not under close monitoring right now.

accounts marked as fishy are accounts which are suspicious as multiple accounts. But we are not 100% sure. So the answer to your question is: fishy label means that these accounts are suspicious to be multiple accounts.
