Yeah could be because polkadot is growing fast and the ecosystem is increasing with new projects, dot has a very cheap transaction fee which is part of the reason it becomes more favored, this is a highly potential project and the dev are more dedicated to their work, so I believe dot will reach that price without much difficulties.

Polkadot price can hit $100 if the utility of the coins will increase and more projects will list on Polkadot ecosystem. If Binance Smart Chain Ecosystem and BNB can $250, Polkadot worths of $100 at present situation. I believe DOT will hit $100 as it's own world is growing faster than Binance Smart Chain and Cardano.
