Report to Mod time is to long

What annoys me sometimes is the fact that not even the mods have a possibility to report several irregularities or violations without waiting these 10 minutes between 2 reports.
What a waste of time is that!!!
How should one then meet the expectations that the mods even bring the necessary order in the forum?

+1 You need to perform a feat to help to moderate. Looks unexpected. ;D And if you write in report a note to a moderator about multiple violations of a same user, unfortunately it is read not everytime. If you don't track the situation yourself some violations stay longer than they should. ???
