Scheduled to take place on August 02, the third Litecoin’s halving will see the miners rewarded with 6.25 coins per every successful block. The predictable coins supply in Litecoin is similar to the Bitcoin network, which in turn has the same effects on the underlying value. Notably, Bitcoin halvings have in the past triggered major crypto rallies.
Similarly, the past two Litecoin halvings have culminated in a notable price increase in subsequent months.
