Omo the npower program 2020/2021 taya everybody this program na to help youth and the unemployed when dey romun around the country so but the way I dey see am even the stipend you dey talk so then dey hold many people money, some persons no receive their equipment of empowerment which dey very wrong so this one na government fault abi na him followers?
