Normally, you aren't supposed to be able to buy a currency via P2P without verifying your kyc if the exchange is centralised.” I be think say I write, no wonder my post kon get another meaning.
In all centralized exchanges I have used they always request users to pass KYC verification before they can do anything related to p2p (both buying and selling) but this telegram own does not require you to verify your identity before you'll be allowed to buy and move your coin out of your account, therefore making it easier to multi-account in other to increase ratings.
My post was never meant to discourage the use of CEX for p2p, that's what I'm also using so it would make no sense to discourage it - the only thing that's being discouraged is using it to store your coins.
