I also stopped drinking alcohol, but I had a lot of difficulties before I should have stopped because quitting alcohol is not something that is simple to do. My friend, who suffers from alcohol addiction, is the reason I stopped drinking.

For one to stay healthy and long-lasting, one should avoid them and eat more healthy foods that contain fewer calories, stay fit by exercising, and drink more water.

Never tried drugs in my life. I was alcoholic before, but now i still drinks but only occasionally and rarely. Since i found out, i got a heart disease i really lay lowed from drinking.
