The problem can only be that over time, the state will treat Monero worse, and even prohibit its circulation, as it has already been done in Japan due to the high level of anonymity of this coin. And the coin, of course, is very promising.

I admit, I prefer it after some negative camber has been dialed into the front - its a little TOO light for my preferences otherwise. Trade-off is it follows ruts and such in the road more.

All altcoins are a good investment if you are only interested in trading them, just be smart and keep an eye on your investment. It’s possible that something with security and interoperability will replace bitcoin at some point, this is only the beginning of crypto/blockchain taking it’s place on the world stage after all, but will it be Monero?

Dear Altcointalks community,

I recently started researching in altcoin and I tried to figure out which other altcoin is more used in sending money online (I think a traded currency shows that the currency will resist in the future and will grow) and I came to the conclusion that Monero is that coin.


Why Monero? I think it's pretty simple, Monero because I saw that everyone from the dark web asks for payments in Monero, and this leads me to think that Monero would be a good investment now because from what I understand, even Bitcoin has first massively traded on the dark web, and Monero came as a more anonymous alternative to the dark web and so it replaced the bitcoin there.

So, as the title of this thread says: Is Monero a Good Investment?

I have presented my theory, but what do you think?

Please expose your opinion to help me in making the final decision whether to invest my money in Monero or not.

Yes,  I think monero is good choice for investment.  Monero is still process of growing and improving.  Monero is on top 10 today,  It is one of my favourite coin to invest.  I believe It will hit $200 at this year.  I See  monero has potential  to grow and more stable.
