When Layer 2 was introduced, it was supposed to solve the main issues of Layer 1s which is scalability and high fees.
Now with Layer 3, it's supposed to improve scalability of Layer 2s?

When will this building on top of another layer going to stop? This getting insane. It's becoming like mobile phone (or other gadgets) companies releasing newer version every year.

Many new coins are created on the Solana network because there are quite fast price movements and the costs for creating new tokens are very cheap compared to the BNB network, so many developers choose Solana as a place to create new smart contracts.
