Gauntlet, a leading firm in decentralized finance (DeFi), is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager or Lead to help drive their presence and strategy across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crypto, particularly DeFi, and be highly active in social media spaces like Crypto Twitter (CT), LinkedIn, Farcaster, and more.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

    Managing Gauntlet’s social media across various channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram.
    Crafting engaging content that translates Gauntlet's complex research and insights into short, shareable posts.
    Engaging with the crypto community, clients, and partners in a way that’s authentic and impactful.
    Using social media to help nurture leads and support the business #DevelopmentTeam .
    Analyzing social media performance and refining strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
    Working closely with teams to convert internal discussions and technical content into public-facing posts, maintaining clarity and discretion.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

    3-5 years of experience in social media or community management, ideally within the crypto space (protocols, exchanges, or communities).
    A proven track record of growing a social media following, whether for a personal brand or a company account.
    In-depth knowledge of DeFi and crypto culture with a solid understanding of social media platforms and crypto-native communities.
    The ability to create concise, compelling content that resonates with crypto audiences.
    Familiarity with social media operational security best practices.
