Not really that's not actually true. People especially trading haters often make the statement of trading being a scam and things like trade in a demo account are different from that thing in live account but in reality it's not true. The same things you do in your demo when practicing is same thing you will also end up doing in a live account.

Because people are greedy they will open huge positions on their demo which in reality they can't hold with a live account obviously because they don't have that amount of money to put in a trade.

Bullsh*t it doesn't work that way and that's why most people lose their shit  to trading, having a huge capital doesn't mean you make more profit fine you can make use of big lotsize( which means your trade will return more for both positive and negative  cases) but everything still revolves risk management. When you consider risk management them everything will fall in place. Actually there's alot attach to risk management  and leveraging, they could be a key to successful trading apart from your normal trade analysis  skill

Sometimes it is not just the capital you have to start trading that matters but the amount of knowledge that you have in place already because even if you start trading with a very huge amount of money, the potential to lose it is still there, but if you start trading with a smaller amount of money and have adequate knowledge to properly manage it and ensure that you make little losses.
