From the very beginning I would not even try to convince anybody to make in investment. Let them make choice themselves. That if first. Second, Ripple does not look a very attractive investment. Its price dropped significantly recently. Its positions as «Swift replacement/alternative» hasnt fulfilled yet, and be honest, it does not even have same powers as Swift has, not even close. Swift makes about 50 million transactions daily, that is 137k daily. Could Ripple network run same amount daily without issues? No one has ever tested it.

From the current 60-cent price, I believe we might be heading for a $1 price next year. This could benefit those who are currently holding some. I have someone who I want to benefit from the little price increase next year, but the person seems a little skeptical about anything related to crypto.

How can I convince the person to buy some XRP?.

I don't understand why you need to convince others to buy XRP, because their investment does not generate profit for you.

Normally I don't try to convince others to buy or sell tokens, they need to make their own decisions because the capital, profits, and losses are all theirs. I'm not Ripple, I don't sell tokens!

If I want to defend my view on XRP's potential, I can only give 2 reasons:
1. XRP is the token of Ripple, a company providing interbank transaction services => potential solution, with global partners.
1. Ripple won the SEC case. The energy accumulated in the 2021 cycle is poised to generate upside and new ATH in 2025.

Exactly right + they say one thing and do a little different. Sorry, 1 (negative) news from SEC = we will see -10% and -30% in 24 hours. Those who think it's impossible haven't seen everything in this market yet. It's strange that xrp, so popularized in obscure (cryptocurrency) social networks. I don't understand why such a popular asset (people self promoting). The feeling is that they want it to grow faster = so it can be sold (to naive newcomers). That's my opinion, anyway. 

P.S. For now, refraining from buying. The market is overheated.

and the best way as well is to show them how your life is changing because of crypto , I mean try to lure them by seeing what are we gaining and profiting here , not specifically showing them your wallet but your life changing style.

this is how I started to invest when I saw my cousin that presented me about crypto but I denied then one day we met again and this time His living is luxurious and I asked him whats His Job and told me that all of those are because of His investment and dealings in crypto.

Humans have a natural inclination to imitate. And money will always have a strong pull on people.
So, successful people make good brand ambassadors for a product.
Your cousin is a good marketer, and you are a lucky guy.

However, when we suggest investing, we must also remind that crypto is an investment asset that has high risk and volatility.

Nothing to argue mate , because this is one of the biggest problem in every investments forms either   online or physical.

those who lures prospective investors are just promoting the brighter side and not what can happen in the back of it.
we must be transparent and open , tell them the riskiest part of each investments so if ever they enter then they knew all the areas and possibilities and not just the good one.

Why do you have to convince people to buy XRP.  Actually, this is not necessary because when you lose, You will be the one to blame.  In the world of investment, we don't need to invite other people, unless they want to do it themselves.  Investing in crypto is very risky, it's better if we invest ourselves and bear it ourselves if we lose, we don't need to invite other people.

Rumors. No truth. I mean either they will or they won't. we have a 50/50 chance of guessing.
They just make shit up for click, and I hear this every day. Bitcoin crossed 50k, and XRP is still 0.53. lol
And if Brad has any morals then he must resign from his position. Shame on him.
