I am not an experienced trader.
Yet the amount that the market has dumped has made history. Where microstrategy, Tesla did not sell a bitcoin. Then he dumps.
Although China has banned Bitcoin.
What is the role of China in capturing the bitcoin market?
Will Bitcoin go down to 15/20 thousand again?

Right now there is massive dumping in the cryptocurrency market. But the market will never fall as miserably as it did in 2018. If we do the calculations, Bitcoin should drop to $11,000 (approximately) to find ourselves in the same situation, and as we can see we are still far from reaching those amounts. We already had an history of bitcoin's dump and it's nothing compare to those. As most of the mining farm's located in China, so whenever china takes any kind of hard decision for crypto, news media starts to circulate fuds and panic users dump bitcoin and nothing else. That's the current situation and microstrategy is still accumulating more, on the other hand, tesla might sell off some bitcoins for next quarterly reports which might be the indication from elon's tweet or not, time will say. ;D

It doesn't matter whatever price will be the lowest bottom for this correction market, just accumulate more or DCA to be a diamond hand hodlers. 8)

Like i said, fuds are circulating rapidly and that's will bear's pushing bitcoin down and those supports can't maintain because of bear's higher volume than bull's volume.

Anything can be possible, but market isn't finished with the bullish rally and soon it'll rebound for another new ATH, IMHO. lets just wait and see, it'll rebound or not.

Tested 32k again this morning. If it continues like this, the market will not enter a positive mood, especially for altcoins. They do their best to get bored. It is returning from 32 thousand dollars for now, but if it breaks the prices and goes down to the 20-30 thousand range, it will be difficult to recover.

I really hope it won't result to such extent, 2018 was a very dark times for the crypto community, and the market took quite some time to recover, right now the dip still continues at intervals but it is not clear how low it will go, I really hope it won't go as bad as 2018, I believe this period btc has much support than back in 2018 so let's hope it won't get that far.

There maybe. AFter this bullish season ends, the market will dump again. However, I am not sure that the dump bottom price will be like previously. I am sure that the price will be at least $10k. However right now is not the time. I am pretty sure again that the market can still face another bullish season this year. Hopefully.

I think the crypto market will go to a very bad state in the days ahead. The market, however, has already come down a lot. Yesterday I saw that the price of bitcoin has come down below 30 thousand dollars. So considering the overall aspect, it seems that the market will be dumping badly again.

Support around $30K is getting weaker and weaker it seems. If that breaks over the weekend, we could see BTC at around $25K. Yep. Unfortunately, too much bad news related to crypto and Bitcoin. USA applied strict rules about crypto taxes and China has ban issues. But we have good news today, El Salvador government tries to legalize crypto and this makes crypto market looks better today. I hope there will another good news coming in the near future.
This has caused frustration among all investors and Bounty Hunters.
Not only investors and hunters, I think even developers and other parties may feel bad this time. However, we must have a chance to see the market improving its performance anymore. IMHO, I believe you're right because it has many factors to be considered if we compare 2018 and today like as follows, the market capitalization, number of cryptocurrencies that was added to the market, etc. all of these are important data and we can't deny that the market size today is much larger compared to 2017-2018 respectively so it is not the same.

I think the best lesson everyone should learn from the current market situation is that no one (Elon) is needed to keep working and improving the ecosystem. The words and actions of Elon Musk and Tesla have damaged cryptocurrencies, giving a bad image to the products and the community. Cryptocurrencies started without them, they are not necessary.

Be careful, there is a rumor that crypto market possibly decreases again in the next few days. So, not sure if crypto market will recover this time. Even, Bitcoin possibly drops to $28k in the next few days. But there is good news, some experts believe that Bitcoin price can reach $40k at the end of this week.
I think all of coins in crypto market will create a new ATH.
Now, it is difficult to predict whether crypto coins will create new ATH anymore or not. It depends on how Bitcoin can grow its price. If Bitcoin can jump again above $60k, there is a chance of all crypto coins to make another ATH. But if Bitcoin price cannot go above $60k, I doubt there are new ATH on most crypto coins.

The extreme volatility of Bitcoin made it impossible for anyone to rightly predict where Bitcoin is going to be in terms of price. I am really wondering this: if Bitcoin is really a very good asset and has strong technological backing and adopted by many people and now even supported by good number of institutions then why it keeps on dumping from time to time? Well, no wonder there remains some people (unknown and known personalities) who still are not convinced of the value of bitcoin as they think this can just be another tulip craze - of course we already proved them wrong on this area, but it is always discouraging to see its value rise with fanfare and to go down dramatically in such a short period of time. As of now, we are not yet on the 2018 level, but there is no assurance that that can never happen again.

I dont think so. Lots of big company & investors are invested in bitcoin.so its not easy to dump like 2018 but everything is possible in crypto. Right now btc price is around of 36k$ and btc ATH was 62k$. So that market already dump from ATH, Hopefully not more.

Cryptoucurrencies are always changing all the time and of course crytpocurrencies are also always surprising, look at the All Time High of Bitcoin around 65,000 USD and now the price of Bitcoin is around 30,000 USD, this has already decreased by half.

No one know the future but we can predict with realistic target before take action and dump not always become good time for saving, sometimes we need to cut loss. Everything is possible but reduce risk is the right answer, wait and see if 30K break buy it.

actually to talk about bitcoin if you want to invest in the future, you don't need to hesitate to buy in any position as long as you haven't reached renewable ATH, because it can be ascertained that every 4 years (halving) there will be changes and will exceed when we buy. but if you want to trade daily or look for profit from the price difference that occurs then a good analysis is needed.

When all the scared stop selling all their Bitcoins, the value will possibly skyrocket again and maybe we'll even see a new ATH if we're lucky.

The crypto market has dumped from few months. The price of the other coins depend on the price of Bitcoin but the bitcoin has lost its price a lot. Before few months the price of bitcoin was around $ 62k but now its price is around $ 37 k and it is becoming ups and downs. I think it is stable but no one can predict about the crypto market; anything can be happened here but I think the market will be increased more in future.

Over the past few months bitcoin price action has been following what is known as the Wyckoff distribution, the previous rise from 30k to 65k was the "distribution phase" and now the price action is following the "accumulation phase" (of Wyckoff distribution).

even if that event will be the same as in 2018 it should start from the beginning of the year it will happen, but in early 2021, bitcoin even reaches its renewable ATH several times. so this is clearly one of the differences.
the current decline from the start of forming renewable ATH is only -48% and nothing more than when 2018 occurred, and never once for bitcoin has been able to increase, but currently bitcoin is even able to stay at a stable price for quite a while and is trying to keep rising again.

Crypto currency has high demand now, I agree with you, there are big investors that invested in crypto currency now.
Big whales have invested in bitcoin and top coin, several famous person too.

My hope is exactly what you want and I also don't want a Bitcoin dump like 2018 which was able to lower the price from the All Time High by around -500%, from the highest price of around 19,500 USD down to the price of 4,000 USD.

I don't know if the next bull run will be in 2025, I think no one can know exactly, but what I do know is what the years have taught me. It is always good to have part of our funds in stable currency (I have USDT and BUSD) to take advantage of opportunities like the one we are experiencing now. It is useless if the years go by if we do not learn anything.

Exactly, I keep asking this same question, who are the people buying up the Bitcoins and Altcoins that are being dumped? Of course the whales that knows exactly how the market works, the ones that have made millions out of Bitcoin and still manage to trick the investors that never want to understand this and continue to sell at loss.
All the big players that have come into Bitcoin investment understands things ordinarily investors don't and if Bitcoin was going to zero they wouldn't have invested and even if the market did dump like 2018, it will still recover Cos we recovered from 2018.

We are in the third cycle of bitcoin... every cycle has been lengthened compared to the one before (though how the current one pays out remains to be seen yet). Nothing is guaranteed, but given how much institutional investment plays a role now compared to prior cycles, and given how large the entire crypto market is compared to prior cycles, it is reasonable that we should not see a floor as steep as before for the bear market.

If your confidence in Bitcoin is based on the current value and not where it can go, you better lose confidence now. Bitcoin and the rest of cryptocurrencies have a long way to go and new ATHs to reach, and without patience and trust neither of those two things will benefit us in the future. I'm not in a rush, I just wait for it to arrive.

I don't think it can happen. Growing confidence in crypto is vital to greater cryptocurrency adoption. As such, it is clear that surging trust in digital currencies could be incredibly important.

I think something similar is happening right now. The market is losing huge volumes. And many write that the exchange transfers a large amount of $BTC and alcoins. Obviously awaiting sale. It seems that the price will fall even more.

Truth be told, the amount of time that the market was going to go down a few days ago meant that the market will come back again in 2018. That's right. Expand your time-horizon when it comes to bitcoin and the short-term price action becomes less relevant. The long-term outlook is a positive one and pretty certain at this point.
