The purpose of burn to decrease the total supply but it must be taken from the circulating supply.
The burn must be done from the profit that already received by the company. This is what we have called that as a healthy burn. Some people may think that burn must be done from the pre-mined coin as well.
that's true but the main purpose of burn to decrease the coin on circulating supply and this will make the total supply will decrease.
Please give your comments about burning coins technique.

During April, I saw a tremendous increase in bitcoin transaction fee. I think there are enough people who want to make fast transaction that they are willing to pay miner more than usual. Quite a few people seem in a hurry to get their turn for confirmation in the next block, so anyone who wants to send a small transaction has to be patient for a longer turn. I hope the mempool can be cleaned up as soon as possible, but if the panic of trader and investor continues then maybe these expensive fee will last longer.

So, i suggest you if you are a small trader then use other block chains then bitcoin block chains. There are many other block chains that are still very cheap for making transactions.

Brother i think you are not understanding the right meaning of decentralized technology. Decentralization means that no one owns the crypto currency. And you can send or receive money within seconds. There is no country government that controls the Bitcoin or other crypto currency  coins. There are only miners that mines the Bitcoin and secure the whole network.

You are correct in what you say, but I think you are forgetting some important "details". In 2018, when what you say happened, the interests that exist today in Bitcoin did not exist. I mean, there weren't as many people interested in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general as today, nor were there big companies (Tesla, MicroStrategy, and a few others) investing in Bitcoin. The market has completely changed and history does not have to repeat itself.
Your opinions are totally right. And I am totally agree with your opinions. After bull run starts, Bitcoin have not take a major correction. The market is going upward and upward. A major correction makes buyers more strong. And after a major correction Bitcoin again ready for a bull run. Bitcoin breaks the support level of 55000$ multiple times. And now this support level becomes its resistance level.
