For some time now we have been noticing that cryptocurrency has dumped a lot of value on all the coins. How long will it take for the market to return to normal? Will the market be able to return to its previous state?

Of course the market will return to the previous state. This dumping situation is not  a permanent situation. It is a general matter of every market that price will increase and and decrease that means market will have ups and down. Crypto market is now in dumping situation though it is gradually recovering and finally will pump again. So don't be worried, just buy as much as possible and hold for future if you want to make a larger profit.
