Media workout of the two boxers is done a couple of hours ago, both look sharp, but I will say that I like what I see on Devin Haney. Ryan has the same style even if he is under Derrick James.

Still plodding and I think it will not be a big problem for Haney as he might pot shot Ryan all night as Garcia doesn't have any movement at all. He will be caught by the straight right and jabs by Haney.

Potshot indeed and I don't think that Devin Haney would risk on brawling against a heavy-handed Ryan Garcia. I'm inclined to believe that though Haney looked sharp in the public workout but i don't think he will go for a knockout win against Garcia, too dangerous for him.

If it presents itself then for sure Haney will go for it, but maybe he will not chase it because as you have said, Ryan still has that left hook and if he not careful he could be hit by one and it will be game over.

I will still be interested on how Derrick James will approach this fight, I wanted Ryan to be as slick as a African boxer and if James can do that to Ryan it will be great hehehe. You can't teach an old dog new tricks overnight, all derrick James can do is maximize what Ryan has, between him and Haney he has the power, but you cannot beat what you can't hit Haney is a defensive specialist, so Ryan's only chance is to pressure him to open up so he can hit him to be able to knock him out.
He did it on Tank but unfortunately, Tank is a very strong and hard hitter so it took Tank one big punch to hurt Ryan if Ryan does the same against Haney he has a good chance because Haney is not a hard hitter, he needs to take so he can give, Ryan will have to take chances because he's fighting a guy who has a very low knock out ratio.

People here like me just love underdogs to win in boxing and Ryan Garcia is the underdog here thus his chance of winning depends on how Devin Haney fight this fight, i mean if he would go toe to toe, the chance of Garcia winning increases as the latter is a heavy-handed boxer, in boxing one punch could turn the fight around.

In boxing, style makes a fight I don't think Haney will go toe to toe it's not his style against hard punchers, he is a thinking fighter, and he loves to frustrate his opponent and he is a Mayweather type of boxer who loves to hit and run, if he decides to go toe to toe this will be in the middle of the latter rounds where he has a big margin on scores and he already hurt his opponent.

Betting for Ryan is a good idea it is attractive, as Ryan is capable of a big upset once he connects his left hook things will go in his favor.

Yeah, just a couple of hard bombs from Ryan Garcia will change the tempo of the fight. I don't think that he will risk his lead in points and go brawling because that left hook of Ryan Garcia is too lethal and dangerous so i think he will potshot Garcia until the latter will be frustrated and throw out of his fight.

After this fight he needs to visit a psychiatrist I wonder why his team is not doing the right thing he should have one psychiatrist on his team the guy is clearly agitated and misbehaving, and everyone was disappointed nobody expected this to happen.

I wonder what his mental state be when he's in the ring, knowing that he loses $1.6 million before the fight and has no chance of winning the title, the guy is out of control and I will not be surprised if it shows in his performance.
