I bought some Litecoin when the price was on it's way up. The price took a dive but I've been holding them in the hope they will recover to their former glory. This doesn't appear likely to happen any time soon, would I be better off selling them now and limiting my losses and investing elsewhere or do you think it's likely to achieve a higher price in the long term? All advice appreciated.
Well, the most important thing to note is that crypto are very much unpredictable and at such, the best advice in my opinion, is to "Hold" untill the price recovers. In recent times, the prices of crypto depend largely on the Bitcoin price movement and this has made many guys unable to get a good prices forcast.
Again, Litecoin was fork of bitcoin, and i think that the increase in Bitcoin price may lead to the price increase of Litecoin to certain extent; reason, because when Bitcoin rises, Litecoin tend to rise too, but when Bitcoin drops, Litecoin also drops and may not pick up at the pace of the Bitcoin price recovery. I think we have to courageous in the bearish market hoping for the bull time.
