Hi!

I've been using Upwork as well for a long now, in fact, that was the platform where I landed my first job as a CSR, it offers a wide range of work to those who want to work online, tho during these days, the competition is very tough from the skilled workers to the pricey connects. But from the easy work of data entry to the hardest task it is available their so yah I agree to what you said that it should be aligned with the skills.

Aside from all the things that our community said here, it's all true don;t get me wrong. Tho what drives the success of a business comes with a good leader. A good leader and not a boss. A boss will manage the employee, while a leader will inspire his team to do more so all of them will become successful

Both are great for making money online, tho for me I prefer affiliate marketing. Because I don't need to create my product, I just need to promote the product of others and in that way, I can easily earn commissions for each sale or action generated through my referrals.

So the choice between blogging and affiliate marketing depends on your skills,interests, resources, and goals. Some people may find success in both combinations and some may not. So before you enter blogging and affiliate marketing, research is a must.

Everyone should really set the budget. A list of what you need when you go to grocery can be really helpful, so you can just get what you need. The same thing with other things. Because if we won't set it then most probably we will reach out to some lending apps and will be in debt. That's very frustrating
