 I don't think there is at the moment. But you could earn ETH by doing bounties and converting your proceedings to ETH.

Have come across some few app on the android market claiming to give away free ethereum after playing the game. Is there a legit game like that which gives away ethereum for free? If yes, which ones are the best?

There are reward sites that pay in ether and are mobile friendly, but they have a very strict  country list, to be able to get videos and surverys.  The other thing I can think of is playing apps on adscend media network and than getting paid in ether through the reward site.  But they might have a country requirement for that too.

a lot of ways to get eth, one of which gets the coin through the faucet. and for the Android application that gives eth if playing games, it is worth trying, but remember, for those of you who have routine activities, playing games can interfere with your daily work. being wiser in time management is the best choice.
